{"id":10108,"date":"2015-07-02T13:41:52","date_gmt":"2015-07-02T18:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=10108"},"modified":"2019-09-27T13:40:04","modified_gmt":"2019-09-27T18:40:04","slug":"roberto-garcia-de-cafe-nader","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=10108","title":{"rendered":"Roberto Garc\u00eda de Caf\u00e9 Nader"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Roberto-Garcia.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-10113\" title=\"Roberto-Garcia\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Roberto-Garcia-437x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"437\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a>La mayor satisfacci\u00f3n de Roberto Garc\u00eda, mesero de coraz\u00f3n desde hace 39 a\u00f1os, es contar con la confianza y amistad de los clientes que a diario visitan el Caf\u00e9 Nader, firma en la que trabaja desde hace 25 a\u00f1os. \u201cMe encanta mi trabajo\u2026 es mi pasi\u00f3n, soy amante del oficio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Roberto, de 58 a\u00f1os y padre de tres hijos \u2013ninguno de los cuales hasta ahora ha seguido su vocaci\u00f3n-, comenz\u00f3 a trabajar como mesero a los 18 a\u00f1os cuando su t\u00edo, con una amplia experiencia en el oficio, le ense\u00f1\u00f3 a \u201cmover la charola\u201d, habilidad que fue mejorando con el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que su debut laboral fue durante una presentaci\u00f3n que ofreci\u00f3 Marco Antonio Mu\u00f1iz en un hotel de la avenida Reforma en la ciudad de M\u00e9xico. \u201cFue un show muy elegante, me encant\u00f3, y desde ah\u00ed me enganch\u00e9 en este oficio, del que estoy orgulloso\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Roberto comenta que estudi\u00f3 en el CCH y pensaba seguir la universidad, pero \u201cse me atraves\u00f3 Canc\u00fan\u201d. Cuando vino a esta ciudad, impactado por la belleza natural del lugar, decidi\u00f3, como la mayor\u00eda, quedarse. \u201cEra un lugar hermoso, totalmente virgen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Trabaj\u00f3 cerca de un a\u00f1o y medio en el hotel Presidente Intercontinental, luego en la cafeter\u00eda Deli de la avenida Tulum y en Deli Nautilus, y m\u00e1s adelante, a invitaci\u00f3n de un pariente, entr\u00f3 a trabajar en Caf\u00e9 Nader, empresa de la que hasta ahora ha recibido muchas satisfacciones y considera su casa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn Caf\u00e9 Nader me toc\u00f3 conocer a muchas personalidades de la pol\u00edtica \u2013desde gobernadores\u00a0 hasta presidentes municipales y otros funcionarios p\u00fablicos-, y colegas de ustedes (periodistas), por la cercan\u00eda que ten\u00eda con el\u00a0 Palacio Municipal, con las instalaciones de Seguridad P\u00fablica y otras dependencias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, a cargo de la gerencia de Caf\u00e9 Nader de la avenida Nichupt\u00e9 desde hace seis a\u00f1os, Roberto comenta que \u201cme encanta atender a los clientes, es mi pasi\u00f3n, soy amante de este oficio que a lo largo de todo este tiempo me ha dado grandes amigos que confiaron en mi trabajo y eso fue redituable, no solo en propinas sino en mi vida.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn la actualidad las personas que desean laborar como meseros solo quieren saber cu\u00e1nto van a ganar y cu\u00e1ndo van a descansar. Me ha tocado contratar a personas que consideran f\u00e1cil desempe\u00f1ar este trabajo, pero no es cierto, hay que tener coraz\u00f3n, ganas, pasi\u00f3n y gusto para atender a los clientes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En todos estos a\u00f1os de trabajar en el caf\u00e9 solo tiene cinco faltas justificadas, y los clientes \u201cnunca me han visto enojado, al contrario, siempre les doy mi\u00a0 sonrisa. Trat\u00e9 de que mis hijos incursionaran en el oficio, trabajaron un tiempo como meseros y no les gust\u00f3, a pesar de hacerlo muy bien.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgradezco a los due\u00f1os del caf\u00e9 por la confianza y oportunidad que me dieron para trabajar en este lugar, que a\u00fan re\u00fane a importantes personalidades y familias de Canc\u00fan; me fascina mi trabajo y lo har\u00eda de nuevo,
