El Congreso Latinoamericano de Telecomunicaciones, en su tercera edici\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 por primera vez en M\u00e9xico, y tambi\u00e9n abarc\u00f3 puntos como la evoluci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda digital en Am\u00e9rica Latina y de las redes de banda ancha m\u00f3vil, as\u00ed como los retos que enfrenta el despliegue de infraestructura y el desarrollo de la regulaci\u00f3n de escenarios de convergencia.
