Tiene un cuerpo medio, potencia, pero es muy sutil al pasarlo en boca. Es limpio, balanceado y con mezcla de frutas entre frescas y maduras; un t\u00e1nico bastante agradable y una astringencia que no molesta en boca. Me encant\u00f3 el maridaje con este primer platillo del restaurante Passion de Mart\u00edn Berasategui, de finas l\u00e1minas de papada de cerdo y crema de parmesano, ya que el balance estructural que tiene este vino nos permite perfectamente platillos con grasa, como un chulet\u00f3n o un corte grueso con mucho marmoleo. Definitivamente muy atrevido para ser de primer tiempo, y que a pesar de la grasa sigue su permanencia en boca. Realmente este vino puede ser un Malbec favorito\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Jackie Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn vino desde la vista muy atractivo, brillante, limpio, de una excelente profundidad, de color rub\u00ed y un cuerpo aparente alto, una buena viscosidad, definitivamente, unas l\u00e1grimas que caen lento, sugiriendo una riqueza alcoh\u00f3lica, su ribete azulado me dice su juventud. En nariz frutos negros que est\u00e1n entre pacificados y compota, tambi\u00e9n aromas a regaliz se me confirma en boca. Los taninos redondos presentes con una excelente permanencia en boca. Un vino equilibrado, elegante. Adem\u00e1s del excelente platillo que han seleccionado esta noche yo creo que es un vino al que le vendr\u00eda bien un buen corte con un buen marmoleo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Celia Osorio<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste Malbec 2013 tiene un color rojo profundo con unos aromas de frutos rojos maduros y notas de tabaco y caf\u00e9 provenientes de su paso por barrica. En boca siento que es un vino muy amable y agradable al paladar. Prevalece la fruta y tiene unos taninos sedosos. La conclusi\u00f3n, es un vino muy equilibrado y muy recomendable con el maridaje que se hizo de un cerdo con una espuma muy deliciosa. Tambi\u00e9n se antojar\u00eda con unas costillas BBQ, un filete a la pimienta o un osobuco de cordero a las finas hierbas, su paso por barrica lo permite\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>\u00d3scar Cadena<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste primer vino me encant\u00f3. Me gust\u00f3 en nariz, me gust\u00f3 en boca, y s\u00ed lo comprar\u00eda. Lo maridar\u00eda con este deliciosos platillo de cerdo y crema ligeramente ahumada, con polvo de avellana, vainilla y caf\u00e9\u2026 o con unos buenos quesos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SYRAH EDICI\u00d3N LIMITADA 2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bodega: <\/strong>Monte Xanic<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Mexicano<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Varietal: <\/strong>Syrah<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total:<\/strong> 85 puntos<\/li>\n<li><strong>$448<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Federico L\u00f3pez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cA la vista tiene un color limpio, un ribete p\u00farpura, muy de frescura, tiene definitivamente una limpieza, un cuerpo medio. En notas siento frutas rojas frescas: grosella, fresa, muy balanceado. En boca definitivamente es muy frutal, muy agradables los taninos, la astringencia est\u00e1 muy bien balanceada. Tiene una permanencia corta pero es muy redondo. Es un vino que va m\u00e1s con pescados, tal vez algunos mariscos a la plancha o alg\u00fan carpaccio, de otra forma el plato lo dominar\u00eda mucho, como con este ravioli de hongos con lascas de Ib\u00e9rico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Jackie Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cUn vino brillante, limpio, un color rojo rub\u00ed de una capa media ligera, un ribete azulado mostr\u00e1ndonos su juventud; en nariz encontramos juventud, frutos rojos: frambuesa, cereza, materiales org\u00e1nicos (suelo de bosque, champi\u00f1ones, pimienta rosa). Es c\u00e1lido en el paladar; se siente una barrica francesa de nueva a un segundo uso, por la suavidad que transmite esa parte de los taninos de la barrica, con una permanencia de media a larga. Un caldo muy equilibrado. Este vino hizo excelente eco con este raviol que ha sido realmente espectacular, porque encontramos los champi\u00f1ones en el vino y los encontramos tambi\u00e9n en el platillo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Celia Osorio<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos hablando de un Sirah que por su varietal es un vino que tiene unas caracter\u00edsticas de frutos negros, especiado; le siento toques suaves de pimienta, frutos negros como zarzamora, taninos sedosos al paladar, es un vino s\u00faper bien hecho. Felicidades a Monte Xanic. Lo maridar\u00eda\u00a0 con una lasagna o tambi\u00e9n con un fetuccini Alfredo, por la cremosidad, que como el ravioli le sent\u00f3 muy bien, y, por qu\u00e9 no, con un pollo rostizado o al horno.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>\u00d3scar Cadena<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste vino me result\u00f3 muy amigable, no con tanto cuerpo como el primero, pero puedo decir que me encant\u00f3. Lo compro. Y por su sencillez me gustar\u00eda tomarlo con una pizza o unos tacos al pastor\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GRAN RICARDO 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bodega:<\/strong> Monte Xanic<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Mexicano<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Varietal: <\/strong>Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total: <\/strong>92 puntos<\/li>\n<li><strong>$899<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Federico L\u00f3pez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos el gran vino de Monte Xanic Gran Ricardo 2012. Es ligeramente joven para el gran vino tinto que tenemos, con ribetes rosados, colores muy trasl\u00facidos, una capa media, pero lo m\u00e1s importante es la nitidez y sobre todo la limpieza del vino. Tiene una nota mentolada muy ligera, caracter\u00edstica Gran Ricardo, frutas maduras pero tambi\u00e9n con mucha sutileza en sus taninos, una redondez en boca, una permanencia, un vino elegante. Me sorprende que para la poca edad que tiene sea un vino tan equilibrado y sobre todo tan balanceado. Realmente muy muy rico. Creo que va perfecto con el solomillo a las brasas de Passion, aunque tambi\u00e9n le vendr\u00eda bien un cordero, pato o toda la variedad de carnes magras, o con buenos quesos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Jackie Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAqu\u00ed encontramos un vino con un color rub\u00ed, con una tonalidad de granate muy ligera, brillante, limpio, pero a\u00fan es un vino joven definitivamente. En nariz me presenta frutos rojos, negros, ya implic\u00e1ndome un ensamblaje. En boca presenta una buena acidez media alta, un car\u00e1cter frutal que me ense\u00f1a grosellas, cerezas, unos taninos presentes, un car\u00e1cter tambi\u00e9n mineral, es c\u00e1lido, me expresa una riqueza alcoh\u00f3lica, con buen cuerpo, est\u00e1 equilibrado, es redondo, tiene una permanencia larga. Creo que es un vino que tiene todav\u00eda muchos a\u00f1os para dar, un vino que si ahorita est\u00e1 bien con el paso de los a\u00f1os va a estar excelente, porque tiene un buen equilibrio, una redondez, elegancia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>\u00d3scar Cadena<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo s\u00e9 si es joven, pero para m\u00ed este vino es un gran se\u00f1or\u00f3n, de poca madre. Lo compro. Y con el solomillo a la brasa con terrina de patata y panceta con mermelada de morillas hizo un matrimonio perfecto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Celia Osorio<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste vino es un blend con un color tan lindo rojo profundo con ribetes color teja, y en nariz hablo de un vino con frutos rojos y negros maduros con una notas ahumadas que nos dice de su paso por barrica. Tiene buena estructura, es elegante y con gran capacidad de guarda. Est\u00e1 delicioso. Es un vino que todos deber\u00edamos probar y llevarlo al extranjero para que sepan que tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed en M\u00e9xico se hace un vino de gran calidad, debe ser un motivo de orgullo mexicano.
