Los cinco hoteles que integran el complejo Playa Para\u00edso: Grand Hotel Para\u00edso, Iberostar Para\u00edso Maya, Para\u00edso Lindo, Para\u00edso Beach y Para\u00edso del Mar fueron distinguidos con la Certificaci\u00f3n Green Globe, el programa l\u00edder a nivel mundial de acreditaci\u00f3n para turismo que opera en 83 pa\u00edses y es miembro afiliado de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Turismo de las Naciones Unidas (UNWTO). El reconocimiento fue producto de un a\u00f1o de esfuerzos por parte de un equipo de trabajadores que se dieron a la tarea de trasmitir la filosof\u00eda de ahorro de energ\u00eda y el correcto uso de equipos a los dos mil 500\u00a0 empleados que integran el complejo de dos mil cuatro llaves hoteleras. De esta manera se logr\u00f3 un ahorro de 3 millones de kilovatios, adem\u00e1s se recupera el 40% de los residuos. Iberostar busca ofrecer un plus a sus clientes, que cada vez m\u00e1s se interesan en conocer las pol\u00edticas ambientales aplicadas por los centros de hospedaje.<\/p>\n
