Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 12 de diciembre de 2015.- El Hotel Dorado Royale a Spa Resort by Karisma, exhibe en su lobby una majestuosa villa de jengibre, con la cual ha logrado el Record Guinness por la villa de jengibre m\u00e1s larga del mundo.\u00a0 Dicho atractivo fue creado por el Chef Pascal Demory, quien se ha caracterizado por su pasi\u00f3n por la reposter\u00eda.<\/p>\n

La maqueta que se exhibe representa un centro urbano t\u00edpico de la regi\u00f3n peninsular de M\u00e9xico constituido entre los siglos XVI al XIX, un M\u00e9xico consolidado posterior a la conquista espa\u00f1ola, pasando por la \u00e9poca porfiriana y su resurgimiento despu\u00e9s de la Revoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Su trazo reticular contiene r\u00e9plicas de elementos urbanos, casas y edificios existentes en los pueblos y ciudades m\u00e1s representativas de esta regi\u00f3n tales como M\u00e9rida, Izamal, Valladolid, Uayma; principalmente mostrando su arquitectura, arte y cultura a trav\u00e9s de esta recopilaci\u00f3n \u00fanica.<\/p>\n

Con gran dedicaci\u00f3n y como s\u00f3lo el Chef Demory y su equipo sabe manejar cada ingrediente, donde el rey es el jengibre, logr\u00f3 una deliciosa villa que se conforma de 113 edificios distribuidos en 27 manzanas, conectados por plazas, calles y avenidas montado\u00a0 sobre una superficie de 66 metros cuadrados, que ha sido admirada por los invitados del Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels.<\/p>\n

En la maqueta puede contemplarse una plaza principal, iglesia, palacio municipal, mercado, escuela, estaci\u00f3n de tren, puente, vestigio\u00a0 arqueol\u00f3gico, carpinter\u00eda, cremer\u00eda, fruter\u00eda, cenadur\u00eda, carnicer\u00eda, almac\u00e9n textil, panader\u00eda, sastrer\u00eda, pasteler\u00eda, herrer\u00eda,\u00a0 papeler\u00eda, zapater\u00eda, mercer\u00eda, cantina, abarrotes, jarcier\u00eda y hasta una penitenciar\u00eda y un cementerio.<\/p>\n

El chef Pascal Demory cuenta con 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia, y dentro de sus credenciales est\u00e1n ser maestro en Pasteler\u00eda, ha sido juez en diversos concursos en helader\u00eda, chocolater\u00eda y az\u00facar alrededor del mundo.<\/p>\n
