Esta segunda fase requerir\u00e1 de una cuantiosa inversi\u00f3n y la empresa le apuesta al desarrollo del estado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAria M\u00e9rida forma parte de un proyecto que incluye torres en Puebla -Aria Lindavista- y en Canc\u00fan. El primer proyecto, Aria Punta Canc\u00fan, es un rotundo \u00e9xito. Se lanz\u00f3 hace apenas unos meses, en marzo pasado, y dos terceras partes de la torre ya se vendieron\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Coment\u00f3 que ahora adem\u00e1s del Country Club ya tienen proyectos de primer nivel en Puebla, Veracruz, Campeche, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, en Coatzacoalcos y el m\u00e1s reciente en Belice.<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas Retana Betancourt, director de Mercadotecnia de la empresa, destac\u00f3 que Aria \u201cser\u00e1 un nuevo concepto de torre residencial, de primer mundo.
