Con una carrera de 10 a\u00f1os y nueve restaurantes en su portafolio de marcas, los chefs empresarios establecen su primer centro gastron\u00f3mico en el Caribe mexicano, bajo un ambiente pesquero y con un men\u00fa de 38 platillos, en una superficie de 220 m2, donde caben 70 comensales.
