Fue elaborado por los despachos \u00c1lvaro Ponce Arquitectos y El\u00edas Estudio, este \u00faltimo especializado en recintos para convenciones y hoteles.<\/p>\n<p>La edificaci\u00f3n durar\u00e1 unos 18 meses y estar\u00e1 a cargo de la firma Opresa. Generar\u00e1 600 empleos directos durante su ejecuci\u00f3n y se prev\u00e9 que inicie actividades en el segundo semestre de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Contar\u00e1 con una plaza principal al aire libre de cuatro mil 335 m2 con acceso por las avenidas Col\u00f3n y Cupules, lo que le dar\u00e1 vida y funcionalidad integr\u00e1ndolo al entorno urbano; un foyer general en las tres plantas para f\u00e1cil distribuci\u00f3n y libre tr\u00e1nsito de hasta 12 mil personas.<\/p>\n<p>El sitio tendr\u00e1 dos terrazas en la planta alta para eventos sociales complementarios a los congresos y convenciones, 10 oficinas para comit\u00e9s organizadores, dos zonas de servicios, una extensa \u00e1rea de trabajo con seis andenes para veh\u00edculos pesados y siete espacios para automotores intermedios; nueve bah\u00edas de autobuses para embarque y desembarque, lo que permitir\u00e1 el arribo simult\u00e1neo de 500 asistentes cada cinco minutos, y un estacionamiento subterr\u00e1neo de 18 mil m2 con
