\"canc\u00fan<\/a>Con el objetivo de elevar el n\u00famero de empresas certificadas con el distintivo \u201cM\u201d en Quintana Roo, la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo entreg\u00f3 21 Distintivos a igual n\u00famero de empresas tur\u00edsticas en el primer bimestre del 2012, inform\u00f3 el Subsecretario de Operaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica, William Guerra Alpuche.<\/p>\n

\u201cPor instrucci\u00f3n del Secretario de Turismo, Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Hern\u00e1ndez, en lo que va del Gobierno que encabeza Roberto Borge Angulo se han reforzado las acciones de capacitaci\u00f3n en el Estado\u201d, dijo. En el 2012 m\u00e1s de 18 mil quintanarroenses fueron capacitados en diversos rubros, entre ellos se formaron a empresarios para obtener el Distintivo \u201cM\u201d que se le entrega a empresas que implementan exitosamente el Programa de Calidad Moderniza.<\/p>\n

El funcionario detall\u00f3 que las empresas que recibieron este reconocimiento son: Hostal Moloch; Grand City Hotel; Ofirtours, S. A. de C. V.; Cedra (Centro de densitometria y rehabilitaci\u00f3n avanzada); Ecocolors; Agencia de Viajes Bettail; Paradise Restaurant Bar; Hotel La Quinta Suites & Inn; Agencia de Viajes Armina’s Travel; Kirios Cafebrer\u00eda; La Baguettona (Baguettes); Cafeter\u00eda Ke te Late; Restaurante Los Aguachiles; Fish Spa; Restaurante Taco City; Restaurante Los Aguachiles Constituyentes; Akumal Dive Shop (Buceo); Restaurante Los Aguachiles; Restaurante Kinich; Mayan Clay (Spa); y, Hotel AHAU Tulum.<\/p>\n

Empresas tur\u00edsticas de Canc\u00fan, Playa del Carmen, Tulum y Akumal, que acreditaron positivamente los cursos en calidad humana; satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, gerenciamiento de rutina,\u00a0 gerenciamiento de mejora, y resultados que se impartieron por capacitadores acreditados por la Secretar\u00eda Federal de Turismo.<\/p>\n

Para finalizar el Subsecretario de Operaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica concluy\u00f3 durante el 2012 con 19 cursos en beneficio de 174 trabajadores, con lo que 324 empresas obtuvieron el Distintivo \u201cM\u201d; n\u00famero que se pretende elevar en el presente ejercicio a fin de que Quintana Roo contin\u00fae siendo un destino de calidad mundial.<\/p>\n
