Menos del uno por ciento de m\u00e1s de 30 mil restaurantes registrados ante la AAHS reciben el codiciado distintivo. \u201cNos complace que nuestros 39 a\u00f1os de servicio sean reconocidos internacionalmente\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Armando Pezzotti, director general de la firma restaurantera, quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que es un distintivo especial \u201cpues pocos restaurantes lo obtienen\u201d. El Five Diamond que obtuvo La Habichuela se suma a otros reconocimientos internacionales que respaldan al feudo gastron\u00f3mico de tradici\u00f3n familiar, como es el caso de DiRoNa, que otorga Distinguished Restaurants of North America. La Habichuela fue tambi\u00e9n el primer restaurante en el mundo\u00a0 certificado por AFAQ\/IQ-Net. El ISO 9002:1994 es una certificaci\u00f3n que cumple con los requisitos de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional de
