No\u00a0 lo siento tan alcoh\u00f3lico, m\u00e1s bien le llamar\u00eda un efecto no tan drag\u00f3n, no lo siento demasiado \u00e1spero ni\u00a0 sofoca la garganta. Lo veo muy f\u00e1cil de tomar, muy frutal. El ahumado tambi\u00e9n lo noto un poco bajo, y lo que s\u00ed tiene es una boca muy prolongada. Lo prob\u00e9 con el agua de pi\u00f1a con jengibre y la parte frutal aflor\u00f3 completamente, lo cual est\u00e1 muy rico, y la verdad va buen\u00edsimo con este esquite de Aroma Cilantro. Yo creo que puede ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un mezcal de digestivo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Jackie Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn este mezcal de color tan brillante, tan claro, tan transparente encuentro aromas de pera, de papa, de tabaco, aromas c\u00edtricos que se van un tanto hacia el lim\u00f3n verde, y en boca lo siento c\u00e1lido, pero al mismo tiempo est\u00e1 muy balanceado porque esa calidez no me quema la boca, al contrario, se siente suave, muy redondo. Coincido con Federico en cuanto a que la permanencia en boca es larga, muy interesante\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Karla Enciso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn aroma no le encuentro muchos. No le encuentro tampoco el ahumado, pero en sabor me encantar\u00eda combinarlo con un taquito de arrachera o con una torta de milanesa que tenemos aqu\u00ed en Aroma Cilantro, creo que va s\u00faper rico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MEZCALES DE LEYENDA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oaxaca<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bodega: <\/strong>Destilados Artesanales San Juan del R\u00edo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agave:<\/strong> Angustifolia<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total: <\/strong>77 puntos<\/li>\n<li>$473<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Federico L\u00f3pez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cA simple vista ya tenemos unas notas medio ahumadas con notas verdosas, aunque muy brillante, cristalino. En boca, a diferencia, tiene menos humo del que me imaginaba, se siente un sabor m\u00e1s amaderado, muy ligero, muy sutil, pero a nivel alcohol creo que tiene m\u00e1s grado alcoh\u00f3lico que el anterior. Me adormece mucho m\u00e1s las enc\u00edas, la boca, y eso tambi\u00e9n me genera un efecto de mucho mayor alcohol en la boca, pero sigue siendo muy agradable al paladar. En el mezcal es muy importante el primer sorbo para despu\u00e9s ver ese efecto de alcohol, y si el segundo sorbo disminuye ese efecto quiere decir que es un alcohol agradable. En nariz tenemos m\u00e1s notas ahumadas, pero en el fondo tenemos algo caramelizado, notas un poquito a pi\u00f1a, a fruta asada. Yo creo que es de alta permanencia en boca pero definitivamente mucho m\u00e1s astringente. Me gust\u00f3 m\u00e1s el primero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Jackie Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn apariencia este mezcal me est\u00e1 dando una tonalidad ligeramente gris\u00e1cea o un color amarillo muy p\u00e1lido, lo que me est\u00e1 sugiriendo que puede haber tenido un paso en barrica, un cierto a\u00f1ejamiento. En aromas lo primero que me lleg\u00f3 fueron flores, podr\u00edan ser como unas rosas rosadas, manzana horneada y unos aromas herbales. En boca se siente untuoso. La calidez est\u00e1 muy ligera, muy suave, pero tiene un dejo amargo, que es muy interesante porque me lo acerca a platillos que tengan un poco m\u00e1s de complejidad, y quise probar con este platillo que nos sirvieron, at\u00fan sellado con la salsa de c\u00edtricos y soya, y est\u00e1 excepcional, realmente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Karla Enciso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe sabor, curiosamente, a diferencia de Jackie, prob\u00e9 el mezcal solito y me supo fuerte. Cuando le di una mordida al taco de lechuga relleno de at\u00fan sellado se muri\u00f3 el mezcal, ya no me supo tan rico como me hab\u00eda sabido solo. De entrada me dio mucho dulce, me dio mucha madera y vainilla. Creo que me lo tomar\u00eda con nuestro pastel de elote\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PIERDE ALMAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oaxaca<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bodega: <\/strong>Pierde Almas SA de CV<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agave:<\/strong> Espad\u00edn 100%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total: <\/strong>85 puntos<\/li>\n<li>$428<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Federico L\u00f3pez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos nuevamente un color bastante brillante, cristalino, trasl\u00facido. Tiene un muy buen aperlado, de perla constante y grande, lo cual nos da un grado alcoh\u00f3lico bastante generoso. Es suave, balanceado, tiene notas florales, frutales y el efecto drag\u00f3n bastante suave, amigable; no lastima la garganta, lo hace un mezcalito que se puede tomar como agua, peligroso, pero muy muy agradable. La verdad es uno de mis favoritos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Jackie Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos tres\u00a0 me parecen muy interesantes, y todav\u00eda no s\u00e9 a cu\u00e1l irle, sinceramente, pero este mezcal me trae en seguida unos aromas c\u00edtricos, y Federico me ayud\u00f3 a identificarlo, el <em>lemmon grass,<\/em> pero as\u00ed fresca la vaina. Tambi\u00e9n detecto algunos aromas tantito mentolados como si fuera entre eucalipto muy suave o an\u00eds, y el ahumado est\u00e1 muy sutil, muy suave. En boca siento naranja, que probando con la naranja fresca me parece como si se encontrara la pareja, corriendo uno hacia el otro, muy delicioso\u2026 Encuentro un cierto humo, pero ese final amargo es muy suave y por lo tanto puede tener una riqueza alcoh\u00f3lica mayor que los otros por ese aperlado; sin embargo, creo que lo tiene muy equilibrado, muy interesante\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Karla Enciso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEst\u00e1 m\u00e1s suavecito que los otros. Por alguna raz\u00f3n me sigue dando mucho olivo; se me hace m\u00e1s suave el aroma, muy rico.
