{"id":20862,"date":"2016-08-13T13:26:44","date_gmt":"2016-08-13T18:26:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=20862"},"modified":"2016-08-11T13:27:21","modified_gmt":"2016-08-11T18:27:21","slug":"festival-gastronomico-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=20862","title":{"rendered":"Festival gastron\u00f3mico 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Festival-gastronomico-2016.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20865\" title=\"Festival-gastronomico-2016\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Festival-gastronomico-2016.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"718\" height=\"484\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Festival-gastronomico-2016.jpg 718w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Festival-gastronomico-2016-300x202.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Festival-gastronomico-2016-585x394.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 718px) 100vw, 718px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a1Boomba!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Con la participaci\u00f3n de 31 chefs de todo M\u00e9xico, entre los que figuran Benito Molina, Pablo Salas, Betty V\u00e1zquez, Aquiles Ch\u00e1vez, Ricardo Mu\u00f1oz y Lucero Soto se realizar\u00e1 en la ciudad de M\u00e9rida el Festival K\u2019\u00d3oben, Encuentro Gastron\u00f3mico del Mayab 2016, en el que la t\u00e9cnica ser\u00e1 la protagonista del festival.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro gastron\u00f3mico se realizar\u00e1 del 2 al 6 de noviembre pr\u00f3ximo e incluye cenas de gala, mesas redondas, talleres y un congreso en diferentes sedes de la capital yucateca.<\/p>\n<p>Claudio Poblete, director del Grupo Culinaria Mexicana y director gastron\u00f3mico de K\u2019 \u00d3oben 2016, adelant\u00f3 que \u201clo que quisimos es tener chefs de todos los puntos de la gastronom\u00eda mexicana, pero sobre todo que las culturas que se han desarrollado, como la totonaca, en Veracruz; la huichol en Nayarit y la zapoteca en Oaxaca se encuentren en un punto de reuni\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la cocina\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que en el encuentro gastron\u00f3mico, que inici\u00f3 en 2010, los chefs no promocionar\u00e1n la cocina de su estado sino su t\u00e9cnica, y c\u00f3mo a trav\u00e9s de ella y las caracter\u00edsticas del estado al que representan la pondr\u00e1n al servicio del producto yucateco.<\/p>\n<p>Participar\u00e1n directores de 10 escuelas de gastronom\u00eda a nivel nacional, y unos 50 chefs profesionales participar\u00e1n en la eliminatoria del Gran Cocinero del Mayab y el Encuentro de Cocineras Tradicionales y Cocineros de la pen\u00ednsula yucateca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Boomba!
