Rainforest Alliance<\/em> reconoci\u00f3 y entreg\u00f3 la certificaci\u00f3n de Turismo Sostenible a Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort, al cumplir satisfactoriamente con los criterios de verificaci\u00f3n y protocolos desarrollados por el organismo, as\u00ed como por promover buenas pr\u00e1cticas ambientales y sociales cuyo impacto positivo impulsan el desarrollo responsable de los destinos tur\u00edsticos. Ricardo Bravo, gerente general del inmueble de 424 suites de lujo, mencion\u00f3 que \u201cestamos muy orgullosos de ser el primer hotel en M\u00e9xico que obtiene la certificaci\u00f3n con el nuevo criterio de certificaci\u00f3n denominado Est\u00e1ndar para Hoteles y Servicios de Alojamiento Rainforest Alliance Certified Versi\u00f3n Revisada Enero 2015, ya que se deben cumplir al100% los requisitos de indicadores denominados como cr\u00edticos y al menos un 70% de todo el est\u00e1ndar en forma global\u201d. El Est\u00e1ndar de Rainforest Alliance <\/em>es reconocido por el Consejo Global de Turismo Sostenible como una norma que cumple plenamente los Criterios Globales para Turismo Sostenible (GSTC).<\/p>\n
