{"id":20933,"date":"2016-08-22T12:59:58","date_gmt":"2016-08-22T17:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=20933"},"modified":"2016-08-22T12:59:58","modified_gmt":"2016-08-22T17:59:58","slug":"me-gusta-como-eres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=20933","title":{"rendered":"Me gusta c\u00f3mo eres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/EXPERIENCIAS-XCARET.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-20936\" title=\"EXPERIENCIAS-XCARET\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/EXPERIENCIAS-XCARET-300x202.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"202\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La responsabilidad empresarial que asume el grupo Experiencias Xcaret, con una base de cuatro mil empleos directos y la generaci\u00f3n de 16 mil empleos indirectos, el reporte de tres millones de visitantes al a\u00f1o en sus parques y el impulso de programas de conservaci\u00f3n ambiental como el de protecci\u00f3n de la tortuga marina y la reproducci\u00f3n de guacamayas, por mencionar algunos, es digna de compartir.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Experiencias-Xcaret-INFORME-RSC-2015.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-20937\" title=\"Experiencias-Xcaret-INFORME-RSC-2015\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Experiencias-Xcaret-INFORME-RSC-2015-175x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"175\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Experiencias-Xcaret-INFORME-RSC-2015-175x300.jpg 175w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Experiencias-Xcaret-INFORME-RSC-2015.jpg 484w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 175px) 100vw, 175px\" \/><\/a>Y es justo lo que hizo el consorcio al dar a conocer por d\u00e9cimo a\u00f1o consecutivo el Informe de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) 2015, el cual se apega a la Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) y los principios de la Comunicaci\u00f3n del Progreso del Pacto Mundial de las Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Constandse Madrazo, vicepresidente de Experiencias Xcaret, afirm\u00f3 que el Informe de RSC 2015 permite \u201ccomunicar voluntariamente el desempe\u00f1o de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n en los temas econ\u00f3mico, sociale y ambiental y hacer p\u00fablica nuestra contribuci\u00f3n al desarrollo sustentable desde la parte que nos corresponde.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn la medida en que m\u00e1s organizaciones se sumen a estas iniciativas y sumen a sus clientes y proveedores mejor no ir\u00e1 a todos, pues se trata de crear v\u00ednculos virtuosos. Estamos convencidos de que una empresa abierta es la \u00fanica forma de continuar&#8230; y as\u00ed todos tengamos claridad de hacia d\u00f3nde vamos\u00a0 y de que lo que hacemos lo estamos haciendo bien\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que Experiencias Xcaret naci\u00f3 con la idea original de hacer un proyecto de vida. \u201cDespu\u00e9s de 25 a\u00f1os de operaciones, puedo afirmar que se ha logrado el objetivo, no solo para los socios originales sino para muchas de las personas que participan con nosotros, y en ese sentido lo \u00fanico que nos puede parar son fen\u00f3menos externos\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Junto con Elizabeth Lugo, directora de Operaciones, e Iliana Rodr\u00edguez, subdirectora de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Relaciones P\u00fablica, destac\u00f3 que el modelo de responsabilidad social del grupo y su informe 2015 se enfoca en tres ejes: \u201cNuestra Gente, Nuestro Sector y Nuestro Entorno\u201d, con acciones espec\u00edficas en beneficio de cada uno
