En la entrega del galard\u00f3n, en la ciudad de Chicago, Illinois, Dar\u00edo Flota, director del Fideicomiso de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de Cozumel y la Riviera Maya, destac\u00f3 que \u201ces un honor recibir este reconocimiento internacional y representa uno de los premios m\u00e1s importantes de la industria tur\u00edstica\u201d. Luego de recibir el distintivo por parte de Tim Mullen, presidente de Apple Vacations, Flota mencion\u00f3 que \u201ctenemos un mayor compromiso para contribuir en el liderazgo, crecimiento y desarrollo continuo del turismo en nuestro destino\u201d.
