Este pol\u00e9mico inmueble cuenta con capacidad para albergar a 12 mil personas, ocho mil en gradas y cuatro mil en piso, con un estacionamiento para cuatro mil veh\u00edculos y 20 autobuses, en una superficie de casi 85 mil metros cuadrados, ocho mil metros cuadrados de construcci\u00f3n, con estructura de concreto y acero, fachada de cristal.
