{"id":22501,"date":"2016-12-01T18:06:09","date_gmt":"2016-12-02T00:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=22501"},"modified":"2016-12-01T09:07:21","modified_gmt":"2016-12-01T15:07:21","slug":"cuenta-conmigo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=22501","title":{"rendered":"Cuenta conmigo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-22506\" title=\"Cuenta-conmigo\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo-585x390.jpg 585w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo-263x175.jpg 263w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Cuenta-conmigo.jpg 1136w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>El grupo hotelero Playa Resorts Management se une al programa educativo Youth Career Initiative (YCI) a fin de impulsar a los j\u00f3venes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con la selecci\u00f3n de nueve j\u00f3venes de Canc\u00fan, el corporativo de Playa Resorts Management, a trav\u00e9s de sus hoteles Hyatt Ziva y Hyatt Zilara Canc\u00fan, se sum\u00f3 al programa internacional Youth Career Initiative (YCI), una iniciativa que surge en 1990 y permite la formaci\u00f3n de adolescentes en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p>El corporativo hotelero, que por primera vez participa en el programa dirigido a j\u00f3venes de entre 18 y 21 a\u00f1os de edad, otorga todos los beneficios de un colaborador contratado a los nueve adolescentes seleccionados -cinco mujeres y cuatro hombres-, que de acuerdo con el plan educativo recibir\u00e1n 40% de clases de hoteler\u00eda, turismo, ingl\u00e9s y orientaci\u00f3n de psic\u00f3logos en calidad de vida y carrera y 60% de pr\u00e1cticas en las diferentes \u00e1reas del hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Cristian Carballo Ojeda, gerente de capacitaci\u00f3n del hotel Hyatt Ziva Canc\u00fan, explic\u00f3 que el entrenamiento a los adolescentes, que inici\u00f3 en octubre de este a\u00f1o y concluye en abril de 2017, tiene una duraci\u00f3n de seis meses, lapso en el que se les da diferentes clases, como redacci\u00f3n, hoteler\u00eda, ortograf\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de tratar temas de sexualidad, drogadicci\u00f3n y reglamentos b\u00e1sicos de urbanidad, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos j\u00f3venes van a recibir un certificado avalado por YCI, lo que les permitir\u00e1 colocarse en la hoteler\u00eda y ocupar cualquiera de los puestos donde recibieron entrenamiento. Hoy en d\u00eda las empresas buscan cada vez una mayor competitividad y esto es lo que quiere YCI, crear j\u00f3venes competentes para que se desarrollen en el sector y no caer nuevamente en la exclusi\u00f3n social\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En la convocatoria que lanz\u00f3 Playa Resorts Management a nivel regional y hacia el interior de sus centros de hospedaje se inscribieron entre 18 y 20 j\u00f3venes. Una vez concluida la selecci\u00f3n de los chicos beneficiados con el programa, los colaboradores de los hoteles participantes brindan sus instalaciones, transporte, alimentos y todas las herramientas necesarias en la formaci\u00f3n de los adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>El ejecutivo del consorcio hotelero mencion\u00f3 que \u201ccada 15 d\u00edas los seleccionados pasar\u00e1n a las diferentes \u00e1reas del hotel con la intenci\u00f3n de que conozcan qu\u00e9 se hace en cada puesto, para que en las \u00faltimas semanas del programa expresen cu\u00e1l fue la que m\u00e1s les gust\u00f3 y quieran repetir. De esta manera\u00a0 los j\u00f3venes aseguran la vida profesional que les interesa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Carballo Ojeda destac\u00f3 que los resultados hasta hoy son muy positivos ante el inter\u00e9s de los j\u00f3venes por salir adelante y aprender cada vez m\u00e1s para una mejor preparaci\u00f3n. \u201cEs un programa que el corporativo adquiere de manera permanente, por medio de sus hoteles Hyatt Ziva y Hyatt Zilara Canc\u00fan, a fin de contribuir en la soluci\u00f3n de algunas necesidades sociales de los adolescentes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo el consorcio est\u00e1 en busca de la Certificaci\u00f3n Green Globe, programa de certificaci\u00f3n para el turismo sostenible de la industria mundial de viajes. Con este programa Hyatt Ziva y Zilara Canc\u00fan reafirman su compromiso con la comunidad local, apoyando al crecimiento de las nuevas generaciones. <strong>(Marlene
