En su segunda edici\u00f3n, este festival, que tuvo una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro d\u00edas, cont\u00f3 con 25 eventos culinarios en los que participaron renombrados restaurantes privados y de hoteles, as\u00ed como expertos del sector gastron\u00f3mico, siendo las estrellas invitadas el reconocido chef italiano Massimo Bottura, considerado entre los cinco mejores del mundo, y Enrique Olvera, el mejor de M\u00e9xico. Este evento, que cuenta ya con renombre internacional, reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 40 \u00edconos culinarios y de la industria del vino en estas latitudes, con el fin de impulsar al sector gastron\u00f3mico como uno de los principales productos tur\u00edsticos del Caribe mexicano. Durante la cena de apertura denominada \u201cStar Chefs de las Am\u00e9ricas\u201d se congregaron m\u00e1s de 20 chefs de Canad\u00e1, Estados Unidos, M\u00e9xico\u00a0 y Sudam\u00e9rica, quienes unieron su talento para deleitar a los asistentes.<\/p>\n
