Doce millones de d\u00f3lares fue la inversi\u00f3n requerida para la remodelaci\u00f3n integral de uno de los hoteles m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de Riu Hotels & Resorts, el Riu Palace Las Am\u00e9ricas Canc\u00fan, como parte del plan estrat\u00e9gico de la cadena espa\u00f1ola que tiene como objetivo renovar todos sus hoteles para aumentar la calidad de su oferta. Una de las principales novedades es que a partir de esta reapertura el hotel ser\u00e1 el primero de la cadena en Canc\u00fan y Rivera Maya bajo el concepto Adults Only<\/em>. El centro de hospedaje, construido en 2004, ha introducido nuevos materiales, colores y dise\u00f1os tanto en sus 372 habitaciones como en las zonas comunes, como el lobby y los restaurantes, as\u00ed como la pasteler\u00eda y helader\u00eda Capuchino y el bar Lounge 24, con snacks <\/em>y bebidas Premium <\/em>por la noche en su lobby.
