El consorcio regiomontano Capitel Desarrollos invirti\u00f3 cerca de\u00a0 250 mdp en el complejo inmobiliario mixto Azuna, uno de los primeros que detonar\u00e1 el Malec\u00f3n Tajamar. Cuenta con una torre de 14 niveles, con \u00e1rea comercial, consultorios m\u00e9dicos y oficinas, que se suma a otros proyectos que desarrollaron en Canc\u00fan, como Plaza Solare y Torre Spectrum. La presencia del grupo en Canc\u00fan comenz\u00f3 en 2007 con Plaza Solare. El consorcio, con 25 a\u00f1os de historia, tiene proyectos en Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Quer\u00e9taro, Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Coahuila y Yucat\u00e1n. Azuna pone a disposici\u00f3n tres niveles para \u00e1rea comercial, tres para consultorios m\u00e9dicos, cuatro para oficinas y el resto para 520 cajones de estacionamiento.
