\"\"<\/a>Autoridades y prestadores de servicios se preparan para atender a por lo menos 10 mil turistas de pernocta que se espera lleguen a Puerto Morelos<\/strong>, informaron autoridades locales.<\/p>\n

\u00abSer\u00e1 una temporada vacacional exitosa para Puerto Morelos, en la que los m\u00e1s de cinco mil cuartos hoteleros se mantendr\u00e1n ocupados\u00bb, explic\u00f3 la alcaldesa Laura Fern\u00e1ndez Pi\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con datos de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles de Canc\u00fan y Puerto Morelos, este destino tur\u00edstico inici\u00f3\u00a0diciembre con una ocupaci\u00f3n promedio de 75 por ciento<\/strong>, lo que habla de la excelente afluencia de visitantes de cara a la temporada vacacional.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan las estimaciones de los hoteleros, Puerto Morelos tendr\u00e1 al menos 10 mil turistas de pernocta por d\u00eda en las m\u00e1s de cinco mil habitaciones de los 51 hoteles del destino, sin contar al turismo dom\u00e9stico que llega a casas de familiares y amigos.<\/p>\n

H\u00e9ctor Tamayo S\u00e1nchez, director general de Turismo, indic\u00f3 que la oficina a su cargo imparte pl\u00e1ticas en centros de hospedaje, dirigidas a empleados y mandos medios, para que ayuden a promocionar todos los atractivos del municipio, permitir\u00e1n que esos visitantes lleguen tambi\u00e9n a<\/span>lugares como la Ruta de los Cenotes y las comunidades de Leona Vicario\u00a0<\/strong>y Central Vallarta y la derrama econ\u00f3mica beneficie a m\u00e1s sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Record\u00f3 que el s\u00e1bado se dio el banderazo de inicio del Operativo Vacacional de Invierno Guadalupe-Reyes, en el que trabajar\u00e1n los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno para garantizar la seguridad de los turistas y los habitantes del municipio.<\/p>\n

\u00abQueremos que en estas vacaciones tengamos saldo blanco, por lo que le apostamos al tema de la prevenci\u00f3n, no bajaremos la guardia\u00bb, remarc\u00f3 el funcionario<\/p>\n

Tamayo S\u00e1nchez, director general de Turismo, coment\u00f3 que durante el periodo vacacional, que inicia oficialmente el 19 de diciembre y concluye en los primeros d\u00edas de enero, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo diversas actividades, sobre todo culturales y recreativas, en el casco antiguo de\u00a0Puerto Morelos, para ofrecer m\u00e1s alternativas a los visitantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n
