Redzepi est\u00e1 al frente de un grupo de especialista que exploran t\u00e9cnicas de la cocina de la regi\u00f3n para reinterpretarlas y crear platillos \u00fanicos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span
