La construcci\u00f3n del hotel en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Canc\u00fan iniciar\u00e1 en los primeros meses de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto ya cuenta con los permisos y la Manifestaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental (MIA) para comenzar a edificarse, y una vez que est\u00e9 listo, abrir\u00e1n un concurso para buscar la marca que lo va a operar, inform\u00f3 Manuel Guti\u00e9rrez Sola,\u00a0<strong>director comercial de Aeropuertos del Sureste (Asur).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201cLa Terminal Cuatro es uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s ambiciosos y del que ser\u00e1 muy completo, la cual permitir\u00e1 que lleguen nuevas marcas\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cYa tenemos al menos seis marcas interesadas, tanto nacionales como internacionales, aunque han ido variando, pero ser\u00e1 hasta que est\u00e9 100% construido cuando busquemos el operador\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la MIA, la cual fue publicada en la gaceta de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat), el centro de hospedaje se construir\u00e1 en cinco mil metros cuadrados para al menos 120 habitaciones, adem\u00e1s de \u00e1reas verdes e incluso un estacionamiento, y las inversiones para el proyecto ser\u00e1n de 70 millones de pesos y generar\u00e1 200 empleos.<\/p>\n<p>El hotel se sumar\u00e1 a la oferta de\u00a0<strong>30 mil habitaciones que tiene Canc\u00fan en m\u00e1s de 140 inmuebles distribuidos<\/strong>\u00a0en el centro y la zona hotelera.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos cerrando con buenas noticias y terminamos los compromisos para este a\u00f1o, el tipo de cambio no afect\u00f3, sino por el contrario, aumentaron los ingresos comerciales de Asur, adem\u00e1s en 2017 ser\u00e1 interesante\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Guti\u00e9rrez Sola.<\/p>\n<p>El centro de hospedaje forma parte de los proyectos de expansi\u00f3n del aeropuerto, que este a\u00f1o inaugur\u00f3 la Terminal Tres, en la que se abrieron m\u00e1s de 12 comercios nuevos al incrementar 30% el \u00e1rea, y est\u00e1n construyendo la Terminal Cuatro, en la que\u00a0<strong>esperan edificar 30 locales comerciales<\/strong>, lo que permitir\u00e1 atraer m\u00e1s pasajeros; cuenta con una gasolinera.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa Terminal Cuatro es uno de los proyectos m\u00e1s ambiciosos y del que ser\u00e1 muy completo, la cual permitir\u00e1 que lleguen nuevas marcas\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El aeropuerto de Canc\u00fan ahora tiene la capacidad de movilizar a 23 millones de pasajeros, y con los trabajos que ya concluyeron en la Terminal Tres, la capacidad se increment\u00f3 66%, lo que permite recibir a 10 mil pasajeros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00eda: Novedades.
