Con una inversi\u00f3n de 8.5 millones de d\u00f3lares se edificar\u00e1 el desarrollo residencial Bliss, en la \u00faltima fase de Puerto Aventuras<\/strong><\/p>\n

Puerto Aventuras albergar\u00e1 un nuevo conjunto residencial, Bliss, de 44 departamentos de lujo distribuidos en cuatro edificios, cuya inversi\u00f3n asciende a 8.5 millones de d\u00f3lares durante los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os, y estar\u00e1 ubicado en la cuarta fase del desarrollo inmobiliario que se plane\u00f3 y dise\u00f1\u00f3 hace 25 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

La construcci\u00f3n de la primera fase del proyecto que inici\u00f3 en noviembre de 2016 estar\u00e1 lista en marzo de 2018. El conjunto residencial contar\u00e1 con dos albercas, \u00e1reas de jard\u00edn, un estacionamiento de 46 cajones, seis cocheras privadas, adem\u00e1s de un muelle de 42.9 metros lineales para uso exclusivo de propietarios.<\/p>\n

Bajo el desarrollo de Inmobiliaria y Constructora Rigusa, empresa que forma parte de Fideicomiso Puerto y encabeza Rom\u00e1n Rivera Torres, los departamentos de dos rec\u00e1maras y dos ba\u00f1os contar\u00e1n con cocina equipada, terraza y una distribuci\u00f3n abierta de sala comedor con servicio de elevador.<\/p>\n

Rivera Torres destac\u00f3 que Bliss es un conjunto residencial que se desarrollar\u00e1 por etapas. \u201cEs un proyecto que tendr\u00e1 una arquitectura moderna y acabados interiores de lujo a fin de brindar lo mejor en la vida familiar de sus habitantes\u201d, destac\u00f3 el empresario mexicano.<\/p>\n

El proyecto residencial programado para concluir en los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os, en una superficie total de seis mil 462 metros cuadrados, forma parte de lo que ser\u00e1 la \u00faltima fase del desarrollo de Puerto Aventuras, que tiene m\u00e1s de mil lotes con un mill\u00f3n 800 mil metros cuadrados vendidos.<\/p>\n

\u201cPuerto Aventuras es un modelo residencial a seguir, su \u00e9xito fue m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las expectativas que se tuvieron en sus inicios. Es el primer fraccionamiento tur\u00edstico que se edific\u00f3 en la Riviera Maya con instalaciones atractivas y de lujo para los residentes y el turismo que visita la zona\u201d.<\/p>\n

El complejo inmobiliario de 286 hect\u00e1reas cuenta en su interior con los hoteles Omni, Dreams y Catalonia Riviera Maya, que en conjunto operan 983 habitaciones, as\u00ed como viven en la zona tres mil 780 personas de manera fija que aumenta hasta siete mil habitantes por la poblaci\u00f3n flotante que visita el lugar durante las temporadas de vacaciones de diciembre y Semana Santa.
