aeronaves, Interjet recibir\u00e1 en 2017 trece nuevos aviones -entre los que destaca el Airbus A320 NEO-, para continuar con la apertura de m\u00e1s rutas, incluyendo Canad\u00e1, y reforzar aquellas frecuencias que actualmente opera hacia 53 destinos del continente americano.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn los inicios de la empresa era competir en el mercado dom\u00e9stico; sin embargo, a 11 a\u00f1os de distancia y gracias a la preferencia de nuestros clientes, la l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea se convirti\u00f3 en pieza clave en el continente americano, transportando a casi 65 millones de pasajeros y con vuelos hacia Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Estados Unidos y Per\u00fa\u201d, refiri\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Luis Garza, director general de Interjet.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016 la compa\u00f1\u00eda aceler\u00f3 su plan de crecimiento enfocado a los mercados a\u00e9reos internacionales con el inicio de 13 nuevas rutas, entre ellas Los \u00c1ngeles-Canc\u00fan, Canc\u00fan-Nueva York, M\u00e9xico-Los \u00c1ngeles, Canc\u00fan-Bogot\u00e1, M\u00e9xico-Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>Con la entrada en vigor del nuevo tratado a\u00e9reo bilateral, la aerol\u00ednea inici\u00f3 vuelos hacia Chicago, Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Las Vegas, Los \u00c1ngeles, Miami, Nueva York, Orlando Sanford y San Antonio, mientras que en Latinoam\u00e9rica inaugur\u00f3 nuevos destinos hacia Lima, Per\u00fa, y Santa Clara y Varadero en Cuba.<\/p>\n<p>La llegada de 12 nuevas aeronaves en 2016 permiti\u00f3 a Interjet apoyar el crecimiento y optimizar sus <em>slots<\/em>, incorporar los primeros tres aviones A321 para operarlos en los mercados de mayor densidad y adicionalmente sum\u00f3 nueve aviones A320 y Superjet 100, por lo que cerr\u00f3 el a\u00f1o con una flota de 70 aeronaves, lo que representa una oferta de nueve mil 372 asientos.<\/p>\n<p>De enero a noviembre del pasado a\u00f1o Interjet increment\u00f3 el volumen de pasajeros internacionales en 50 por ciento respecto del mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior y superaron los 11 millones de pasajeros transportados al final del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de su 11
