de la biosfera del Caribe mexicano funcione correctamente se debe comenzar a trabajar en el plan de manejo, por lo que se espera que para finales de este mes la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Conanp) convoque a la primera reuni\u00f3n, extern\u00f3 Vicente Ferreyra, director de Sustentur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe acuerdo con la ley del equilibrio ecol\u00f3gico se tiene un a\u00f1o para publicar el programa de manejo, se hab\u00eda dicho que ya se contaba con fondos de cerca de 70 millones de pesos para la gesti\u00f3n del \u00e1rea y lo que sigue es el programa de manejo, que es lo que nos dice qu\u00e9 se puede hacer, que no, los proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos\u201d, extern\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que el tema de la reserva tambi\u00e9n es una buena oportunidad para continuar el di\u00e1logo\u00a0\u00a0entre el sector p\u00fablico, privado y social, por lo que lo ideal es que se logre un acuerdo entre todos los sectores para que posteriormente se publique el programa de manejo.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que sin duda este nombramiento es la mejor oportunidad para trabajar en temas y \u00e1reas que se hab\u00edan abandonado, pero enfocados en que debe ser un plan completamente funcional, sobre todo para mantener protegida la vida marina, con la implementaci\u00f3n, regulaci\u00f3n de actividades como el tibur\u00f3n ballena y un verdadero control.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo que se pretender\u00eda es ordenar estas actividades que no ten\u00edan marco legal y que si hay que ponerle atenci\u00f3n es buena noticia porque permite
