La empresa l\u00edder en desarrollo inmobiliario en M\u00e9xico y con m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el mercado, E-Group, anunci\u00f3 la apertura del sexto piso del edificio Coporativo Malec\u00f3n Am\u00e9ricas (CMA).<\/p>\n

Asimismo se refiri\u00f3 al lanzamiento del primero, el cual esperan terminar la entregar en junio de este mismo a\u00f1o e iniciar con el segundo piso, que es el \u00faltimo por entregar. Para estos dos \u00faltimos se contempla una inversi\u00f3n total de tres millones de d\u00f3lares para acondicionar tres mil metros cuadrados, es decir, mil 500 por cada piso.<\/p>\n

Juan Ram\u00f3n P\u00e9rez Cirera, director del Corporativo Malec\u00f3n Am\u00e9ricas, explic\u00f3 que CMA es un espacio de 14 mil 692 m2 que forma parte de un conjunto de usos m\u00faltiples que incluye hotel, centro comercial y condominios residenciales. Actualmente, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el directivo, el 80% de las oficinas est\u00e1n ocupadas por empresas transnacionales, nacionales y de Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n

El edificio lo conforman 20 pisos, de los cuales 12 son de oficinas y el resto son del hotel que opera en el inmueble.<\/p>\n

P\u00e9rez Cirera coment\u00f3 que \u201cel a\u00f1o pasado inauguramos el sexto piso del corporativo con una inversi\u00f3n de alrededor de un mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares. Es un espacio que consta de mil 680 m2, mismos que pueden dividirse en 12 oficinas como m\u00e1ximo. Es un sitio acondicionado para que los clientes solo lleguen a instalar sus muebles y contratar los servicios de telefon\u00eda e Internet. Todo lo dem\u00e1s ya est\u00e1 hecho por parte de nosotros\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\u201cSon oficinas que est\u00e1n a la altura de lo que exige Canc\u00fan como destino tur\u00edstico mundial.
