{"id":24407,"date":"2017-02-07T08:54:20","date_gmt":"2017-02-07T14:54:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=24407"},"modified":"2017-02-07T08:54:20","modified_gmt":"2017-02-07T14:54:20","slug":"impulsara-sectur-a-la-gastronomia-como-palanca-de-desarrollo-en-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=24407","title":{"rendered":"IMPULSAR\u00c1 SECTUR A LA GASTRONOM\u00cdA COMO PALANCA DE DESARROLLO EN 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-11436\" title=\"La-O11ce-Gastrobar\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1496\" height=\"993\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar.jpg 1496w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar-1024x680.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar-1170x777.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar-585x388.jpg 585w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/La-O11ce-Gastrobar-263x175.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1496px) 100vw, 1496px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La gastronom\u00eda posee un alto impacto en cadenas de valor de\u00a0 83 ramas econ\u00f3micas; genera 1.7 millones de empleos directos y 3.8 millones indirectos: Salvador S\u00e1nchez Estrada.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La Sectur coordina acciones para la conservaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de este sector estrat\u00e9gico de la actividad tur\u00edstica<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Se realizar\u00e1n proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n, consolidaci\u00f3n de programas de promoci\u00f3n, y fortalecimiento de la marca \u201cVen a Comer\u201d, entre otras de las acciones a desarrollar en 2017.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Turismo (Sectur) del Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica, impulsar\u00e1 en 2017 a la gastronom\u00eda como palanca de desarrollo regional y nacional, mediante la consolidaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Fomento a la Gastronom\u00eda Nacional (PFGN).<\/p>\n<p>Durante la Segunda Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo Consultivo de la PFGN, el subsecretario de Calidad y Regulaci\u00f3n de la Sectur, Salvador S\u00e1nchez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la gastronom\u00eda mexicana tiene un alto impacto en la cadena de valor de la industria, al incluir a peque\u00f1os productores agropecuarios, proveedores de servicios alimenticios, mercados, tiendas y restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, agreg\u00f3, la Sectur, a trav\u00e9s del Grupo de Trabajo de la Pol\u00edtica\u00a0 de Fomento a la Gastronom\u00eda Nacional, coordina acciones para la conservaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de este sector estrat\u00e9gico de la actividad tur\u00edstica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e1nchez Estrada se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la industria gastron\u00f3mica representa el dos por ciento del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) nacional, genera 1.7 millones de empleos directos y 3.8 millones de indirectos; adem\u00e1s\u00a0 impacta a 83 ramas econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de las acciones emprendidas para fortalecer la PFGN, la Sectur inst\u00f3 a cada estado de la Rep\u00fablica a replicar el esquema de operaci\u00f3n del Grupo 9 del Gabinete Tur\u00edstico. Estos comit\u00e9s ser\u00e1n presididos por las secretar\u00edas de turismo locales y contar\u00e1n con la participaci\u00f3n de delgados federales.<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico e innovaci\u00f3n, en campos como el turismo gastron\u00f3mico y las cadenas de producci\u00f3n-comercializaci\u00f3n-distribuci\u00f3n de insumos empleados en la gastronom\u00eda nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El subsecretario subray\u00f3 que se trabaja coordinadamente con los gobiernos locales, para\u00a0 consolidar el programa \u201cMercaditos M\u00e9xico\u201d en sitios como Ensenada; San Crist\u00f3bal de las Casa; Guanajuato; Quer\u00e9taro; Guadalajara; Aguascalientes; Puebla y la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. El programa pondr\u00e1 en contacto a productores agr\u00edcolas y pecuarios del pa\u00eds con consumidores, cocineras tradicionales y chefs.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la Sectur, a trav\u00e9s del Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de M\u00e9xico (CPTM), continuar\u00e1 con la consolidaci\u00f3n de la marca \u201cVen a Comer\u201d, como sello distintivo de calidad de la gastronom\u00eda nacional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se fortalecer\u00e1 la presencia de la marca \u201cVen a Comer\u201d y de la gastronom\u00eda mexicana en eventos de talla internacional, para que los turistas extranjeros lo vean como un atractivo m\u00e1s de la riqueza que M\u00e9xico ofrece al mundo, concluy\u00f3 el funcionario<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0
