En 2017 el lema es \u201c<\/span><em style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Las Mujeres en un mundo laboral en transformaci\u00f3n hacia un planeta 50-50 en 2030<\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Convencidos de la construcci\u00f3n constante de entornos de equidad y respeto, el portal inmobiliario Lamudi.com.mx se une a esta celebraci\u00f3n y comparte los siguientes datos:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">\u2660\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A nivel mundial,\u00a0 el sector servicios donde m\u00e1s mujeres laboran es el sector inmobiliario. Con 61 millones de mujeres habitando en M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan datos del INEGI en 2015, la mujer se ha convertido en un pilar dentro del sector. Actualmente se calcula 50% de los profesionales inmobiliarios son mujeres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2660\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Las profesionales inmobiliarias en M\u00e9xico van ganando terreno, conscientes de que la desventaja salarial, calculada entre el 30 y el 35%, y el acceso a cargos directivos son dos asuntos que deben atenderse de manera inmediata y que no hay mejor forma para lograr avances que trabajando unidas, se han aglutinado en grupos tales como la Asociaci\u00f3n de Mujeres de Servicios Inmobiliarios de Quer\u00e9taro (AMSI) o la Asociaci\u00f3n Mujeres L\u00edderes por la Vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>\u2660\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Actualmente la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) es conducida por Beatriz Gamboa, con su nombramiento la AMPI da la bienvenida a la segunda presidencia femenina en su historia.<\/p>\n<p>\u2660\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Seg\u00fan la Asociaci\u00f3n de Bancos de M\u00e9xico, del total de cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios que se solicitan anualmente, del 40 al 45% son solicitados por mujeres, sin embargo, s\u00f3lo el 5.9% de los propietarios o copropietarios de vivienda son mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>\u2660\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Las mujeres son las que realizan el 60% de las b\u00fasquedas online de propiedades, siendo el sector de los 25 a 34 a\u00f1os los que ingresan m\u00e1s al portal. As\u00ed, la mujer ratifica el papel protagonista en la b\u00fasqueda de vivienda, ya sea para ella sola o bien para su familia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">A lo largo de la historia la mujer ha sido vista siempre como el otro, en un mundo construido por y para el hombre, su huella, su estilo, su mirada ha ido tomando fuerza gracias a su empe\u00f1o, tes\u00f3n, fuerza y uni\u00f3n, por ello consideramos que es tarea de todos, mujeres y hombres, contribuir a la construcci\u00f3n de entornos que las respeten, las impulsen y les permitan desenvolverse sin miedo a ser
