El encuentro, que se realiz\u00f3 del 15 al 19 de marzo, celebr\u00f3 la trayectoria del chef Jorge Vallejo, quien se abri\u00f3 camino en el mundo gastron\u00f3mico en el pa\u00eds y ha logrado figurar en el universo culinario internacional, al ser un joven talento que se hace notar por su estilo \u00fanico y su cocina en Quintonil, uno de los mejores restaurantes de Latinoam\u00e9rica, el cual se ubica en el n\u00famero 12 de los <em>World\u2019s 50 Best<\/em>. En las diversas actividades programadas en los hoteles patrocinadores participaron otros destacados chefs, entre ellos tres de los m\u00e1s importantes restaurantes de Nueva York: Emma Bengtss On, Markus Glocker y Bryce Shuman.
