Grupo Berny, operador de la franquicia Dunkin\u00b4Donuts, invertir\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os cerca de 120 mdp en la apertura de 20 sucursales en el sureste de M\u00e9xico como parte de su expansi\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Tras abrir la primera sucursal en M\u00e9rida con una inversi\u00f3n de seis millones de pesos, el grupo inversionista, con capital 100%\u00a0 yucateco, inici\u00f3 con el proceso de expansi\u00f3n en Yucat\u00e1n, Campeche, Quintana Roo, Chiapas, Tabasco y Veracruz, a trav\u00e9s de las cuales detonar\u00e1 cuatro mil 500 empleos directos en la zona.<\/p>\n

V\u00edctor Berny Casares, director general del grupo, destac\u00f3 que junto con la compa\u00f1\u00eda Alimentaci\u00f3n M\u00e9xico Americana (AMA) la empresa proyecta invertir seis millones de pesos por unidad. \u201cLa apertura de nuevas sucursales nos permitir\u00e1 atender la demanda de la marca por parte de los consumidores\u201d.<\/p>\n

La tienda de M\u00e9rida, considerada insignia de las 20 sucursales que abrir\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os en los seis estados del sureste, gener\u00f3 50 empleos directos y 150 indirectos, y ofrecer\u00e1 bocadillos y servicio de cafeter\u00eda.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo a los planes de crecimiento de la cadena, proyecta desarrollar unos 150 restaurantes en M\u00e9xico en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

En octubre de 2015, Dunkin\u2019 Donuts abri\u00f3 sus primeros dos restaurantes en el pa\u00eds con la filial mexicana Sizzling Platter, una franquiciataria de la empresa en Estados Unidos y China.<\/p>\n

Dunkin \u2018Donuts es una empresa con sede en Canton, Massachusetts, en el Gran Boston. Desde su fundaci\u00f3n, en 1950 por William Rosenberg, la compa\u00f1\u00eda creci\u00f3 hasta convertirse en una de las mayores cadenas de caf\u00e9 y donas, con m\u00e1s de 12 mil restaurantes en 36 pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n
