Expedia Media Solutions reconoci\u00f3 en el Tianguis Tur\u00edstico de M\u00e9xico, que se celebra del 27 al 30 de marzo en Acapulco, a la Oficina de Visitantes y Convenciones de Canc\u00fan por la creatividad y \u00e9xito de sus campa\u00f1as en marketing y publicidad<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Oficina de Visitantes y Convenciones de Canc\u00fan (OVC) obtuvo el prestigiado premio \u201cLATAM: M\u00e9xico Campa\u00f1a del A\u00f1o 2016\u201d, que otorga Expedia Media Solutions en reconocimiento a la innovaci\u00f3n ejemplar, creatividad y \u00e9xito de las campa\u00f1as en marketing y publicidad de viajes digitales de sus principales socios a nivel mundial.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCanc\u00fan ha sido un socio de largo plazo para nosotros, pero en 2016 estuvieron abiertos a probar nuevas cosas y a ser posicionados m\u00e1s que un destino para vacaciones de primavera, mostrando las experiencias culturales, arqueol\u00f3gicas y de aventura que ofrece el destino\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Expedia Media Solutions, al entregar este galard\u00f3n a la OVC de Canc\u00fan<\/span><\/p>\n

Para la Directora General de la OVC de Canc\u00fan, Lizzie Cole Guerrero \u201ces un honor recibir este premio que nos motiva a continuar posicionando a Canc\u00fan como el destino tur\u00edstico n\u00famero uno en M\u00e9xico y uno de los mejores a nivel mundial a trav\u00e9s de alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas e innovadoras campa\u00f1as que nos permitan promover nuestros incomparables atractivos que combinan lo mejor del lujo, la naturaleza, la cultura maya, gastronom\u00eda y los servicios de primer nivel\u201d.<\/p>\n

Expedia Media Solutions destac\u00f3 que la campa\u00f1a realizada en conjunto con la OVC incluy\u00f3 la presencia en tres puntos de venta en los Estados Unidos: Expedia, Orbitz y Travelocity. Adem\u00e1s, el plan fue multicanal, con fuertes anuncios publicitarios que llevaban a una plataforma de Partners Creativos (Trip builder) y una fuerte presencia en Social Media que incluy\u00f3 una historia de Travelocity haciendo patrocinios en el mercado durante 4 d\u00edas visitando Canc\u00fan y los Tesoros del Caribe.<\/p>\n

\u201cMuchos equipos participaron en esta iniciativa, con fuertes elementos creativos, un Trip Builder dise\u00f1ado junto con socios creativos para que los clientes descubrieran Canc\u00fan y explorar\u00e1n toda su oferta. Cabe destacar que para promover la oferta tur\u00edstica de Canc\u00fan y los destinos que conforman los Tesoros del Caribe, un equipo de Travelocity Story en conjunto con la OVC realizaron a finales del a\u00f1o pasado una agenda completa en la que el Gnomo Itinerante de Travelocity visit\u00f3 lugares ic\u00f3nicos clave, como el Museo Subacu\u00e1tico de Canc\u00fan, el zool\u00f3gico Crococun y Xoximilco as\u00ed como disfrut\u00f3 de experiencias de aventura, gastronom\u00eda y lugares de inter\u00e9s cultural en Isla Mujeres, Isla Holbox, Isla Contoy y Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n
