{"id":25193,"date":"2017-03-30T12:26:56","date_gmt":"2017-03-30T18:26:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=25193"},"modified":"2017-05-31T12:05:20","modified_gmt":"2017-05-31T17:05:20","slug":"al-rescate-de-la-via-ferroviaria-chiapas-mayab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=25193","title":{"rendered":"Al rescate de la v\u00eda ferroviaria Chiapas-Mayab"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Al-rescate-de-la-v\u00eda-ferroviaria-Chiapas-Mayab.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-25196\" title=\"Al-rescate-de-la-v\u00eda-ferroviaria-Chiapas-Mayab\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Al-rescate-de-la-v\u00eda-ferroviaria-Chiapas-Mayab.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"520\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Al-rescate-de-la-v\u00eda-ferroviaria-Chiapas-Mayab.jpg 800w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Al-rescate-de-la-v\u00eda-ferroviaria-Chiapas-Mayab-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Al-rescate-de-la-v\u00eda-ferroviaria-Chiapas-Mayab-768x499.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Al-rescate-de-la-v\u00eda-ferroviaria-Chiapas-Mayab-585x380.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a1L\u00e9 ekel!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El gobierno federal invertir\u00e1 este a\u00f1o hasta dos mil 645 millones de pesos para reactivar las v\u00edas del ferrocarril Chiapas-Mayab, cantidad que forma parte de los cinco mil 165 millones de pesos que se requerir\u00e1n en total para cubrir el plan en todo el tramo ferroviario<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsperamos que este a\u00f1o se muevan cerca de dos millones de toneladas\u201d, dijo Gustavo Baca, director general del Ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec, que adem\u00e1s tiene por modalidad operar y explotar las v\u00edas Chiapas-Mayab.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que \u201clas toneladas transportadas se cayeron desde 2007, entre ese a\u00f1o y 2012 no ten\u00edamos recursos, en esta administraci\u00f3n se est\u00e1 haciendo una rehabilitaci\u00f3n y ya se rescat\u00f3 la concesi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo al programa de Inversi\u00f3n de Mantenimiento de las V\u00edas F\u00e9rreas Chiapas y Mayab 2015-2018 vertido en la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, la inversi\u00f3n hasta 2017 ascender\u00e1 a dos mil 645 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Las v\u00edas del ferrocarril Chiapas-Mayab fueron concesionadas hace 19 a\u00f1os a la empresa estadounidense Genesee &amp; Wyoming, pero ante la devastaci\u00f3n por el impacto del hurac\u00e1n Stan en 2005 dej\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe trata de mil 549 kil\u00f3metros de v\u00eda en dos tramos relativamente cortos. El primero de Ixtepec, en Oaxaca, a Ciudad Hidalgo, en el estado de Chiapas &#8211; tramo donde a los ferrocarriles que la usan son identificados como La bestia-; el segundo va de Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, hasta Valladolid, Yucat\u00e1n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Baca se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en su mejor a\u00f1o, 2004, el ferrocarril dej\u00f3 ventas al concesionario por 34 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl inicio de la administraci\u00f3n el ferrocarril era un cad\u00e1ver, nos hac\u00edan falta un mill\u00f3n 100 mil durmientes, ten\u00edamos m\u00e1s de 300 accidentes al a\u00f1o, los trenes se volteaban, hoy el ferrocarril ya mueve una \u2018patita\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1L\u00e9 ekel!
