Esto, unido a nuestra vocaci\u00f3n absoluta de servicio al cliente, nos impulsa a trabajar para ofrecer nuevos productos y servicios que se adapten a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y tendencias de consumo, en las que el uso de dispositivos inteligentes es ya una rutina cotidiana\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que la aplicaci\u00f3n supone un paso m\u00e1s en este sentido y les permite llevar la experiencia a sus clientes de forma m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntica y real. Adem\u00e1s, al incorporar la funci\u00f3n de e-concierge los hu\u00e9spedes tendr\u00e1n acceso a un servicio de mayordomo digital que les permitir\u00e1 solicitar lo que necesiten, en todo momento, al personal del hotel.<\/p>\n<p>La herramienta es una App de creaci\u00f3n propia, que no depender\u00e1 de otros productos del mercado. Estar\u00e1 abierta a cualquier innovaci\u00f3n que se genere, con la posibilidad de incorporar en el futuro nuevas funcionalidades, como la apertura de la puerta de la habitaci\u00f3n o su uso como plataforma de pago.<\/p>\n<p>Ya est\u00e1 disponible en espa\u00f1ol e ingl\u00e9s y su descarga es totalmente gratuita a trav\u00e9s de App Store y Google
