<\/a>La aerol\u00ednea mexicana de bajo costo, que opera en M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Centroam\u00e9rica, celebr\u00f3 su onceavo aniversario consolid\u00e1ndose como la de mayor n\u00famero de destinos con 166 rutas en 68 aeropuertos y un \u00edndice de ocupaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 80% de manera sostenida. Desde su origen ya transport\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 75 millones de pasajeros, 15 millones de ellos en 2016, lo que represent\u00f3 un incremento de m\u00e1s de 25% en relaci\u00f3n con 2015.<\/p>\nAsimismo, ya es la aerol\u00ednea con mayor n\u00famero de pasajeros en el mercado dom\u00e9stico en el acumulado de los \u00faltimos tres meses con 3.2 millones.<\/p>\n
Enrique Beltranena, fundador y director general de Volaris, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cGracias a todos aquellos que han sido piezas clave en la conformaci\u00f3n y crecimiento de esta gran empresa. Sin su profesio nalismo y entrega ser\u00eda impensable que a 11 a\u00f1os del inicio de operaciones hayamos transportado a m\u00e1s de 75 millones de clientes\u201d.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n la l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea se posicion\u00f3 con uno de los costos m\u00e1s bajos del continente y una de las cinco con los costos m\u00e1s bajos de mundo (4.4 centavos de d\u00f3lar por asiento milla disponible, sin incluir combustible) gracias a la disciplina interna de control de gastos, eficiencia en la utilizaci\u00f3n general de sus recursos y la modernidad de su flota (4.2 a\u00f1os de edad promedio). Tan solo en 2017 Volaris ha lanzado a la venta 13 nuevas rutas, que se suman a las 20 que la aerol\u00ednea inaugur\u00f3 en 2016, mismas que opera con una flota de 69 aviones, todos de la familia Airbus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
