Con la transacci\u00f3n, Barcel\u00f3 Hotel Group incorporar\u00e1 a su portafolio los 112 hoteles gestionados por Crestline en Estados Unidos, con lo que alcanza 228 hoteles en 21 pa\u00edses, m\u00e1s de 50 mil habitaciones y cerca de 30 mil 500 trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Vicente Fenollar, director general Econ\u00f3mico-Financiero de Grupo Barcel\u00f3,\u00a0 coment\u00f3 que \u201cla compra del 60% del capital que no detent\u00e1bamos de la gestora Crestline es una muy buena operaci\u00f3n para nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda; nos hacemos de la totalidad del capital de una firma solvente, con prestigio dentro de los Estados Unidos y rentable, lo que nos sit\u00faa en una posici\u00f3n inmejorable para continuar nuestra penetraci\u00f3n en ese pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Crestline Hotels &amp; Resorts se fund\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2000, con sede en Fairfax, Virginia. Ten\u00eda presencia en 29 estados y en el Distrito de Columbia y una planta laboral de cinco mil 260 empleados y m\u00e1s de 16 mil habitaciones.
