{"id":27205,"date":"2017-06-03T15:14:25","date_gmt":"2017-06-03T20:14:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=27205"},"modified":"2017-08-07T12:00:11","modified_gmt":"2017-08-07T17:00:11","slug":"porfirios-cumple-dos-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=27205","title":{"rendered":"Porfirio\u00b4s cumple dos a\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/porfirios-jun.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-27209\" title=\"porfirios-jun\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/porfirios-jun-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"680\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Con oferta <em>fine gourmet<\/em>, que se suma a la pol\u00edtica de fomento a la gastronom\u00eda nacional, el restaurante Porfirio\u00b4s Canc\u00fan, una de las marcas del portafolio de Grupo Anderson\u00b4s, celebr\u00f3 dos a\u00f1os de operaciones en el Caribe mexicano, con cifras que respaldan su posicionamiento en el principal destino tur\u00edstico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La firma restaurantera, con cuatro sucursales en territorio nacional, una en Canc\u00fan y tres en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, se fund\u00f3 en 2015 y ese mismo a\u00f1o lleg\u00f3 a este destino en el que report\u00f3 69 mil 724 cliente, contra 103 mil 871 en 2016. El marcado crecimiento en atenci\u00f3n al cliente, que se compone de residentes, turismo nacional y extranjero, se complementa con mil 237 recomendaciones suscritas en TripAdvisor.<\/p>\n<p>Durante estos dos a\u00f1os el restaurante ha mantenido 38 proveedores activos, fomentando con ello la econom\u00eda interna, y destap\u00f3 tres mil 372 botellas de tequila, 824 de mezcal -productos con denominaci\u00f3n de origen- y 15 mil 265 cervezas mexicanas, que complementan el men\u00fa que integran 95 platillos elaborados con productos nacionales de reconocimiento internacional.<\/p>\n<p>El recinto gastron\u00f3mico con capacidad para 310 invitados, genera actualmente 136 fuentes de empleo directas.<\/p>\n<p>A la actividad comercial y de servicios de la marca de Grupo Anderson\u00b4s se suma la parte de responsabilidad social, a trav\u00e9s de su participaci\u00f3n en Vifac, que es la manera adicional de agradecer a Canc\u00fan dos a\u00f1os de exitosa trayectoria. Vifac es una fundaci\u00f3n comprometida con el destino y que tiene como principal objetivo orientar y atender a las mujeres que enfrentan un embarazo inesperado o vulnerable, atendi\u00e9ndolas y
