Dando cumplimiento a la visi\u00f3n y objetivo del Comisionado General de esta instituci\u00f3n de justicia, el Maestro Manelich Craviotto, quien solicit\u00f3 sumar a todas sus Divisiones por medio de sus Coordinaciones Estatales a la Misi\u00f3n Ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>A un a\u00f1o de la firma del convenio entre la SEMARNAT (a trav\u00e9s de la CONANP, PROFEPA y CONAGUA) y la CNS, a trav\u00e9s de la Divisi\u00f3n de Gendarmer\u00eda de la Polic\u00eda Federal (PF), el sector ambiental se ha visto beneficiado por contar con elementos de la Misi\u00f3n Ambiental en despliegues permanentes, operativos especiales, patrullajes, acciones de reforestaci\u00f3n y limpieza, entre otras con las que se puede presumir el fortalecimiento en la protecci\u00f3n de las \u00c1reas Naturales.<\/p>\n<p>El Sistema de Desarrollo Policial (SIDEPOL) estableci\u00f3 contacto con la CONANP para sumar a sus coordinaciones estatales a los esfuerzos de esta capacitaci\u00f3n, emitiendo constancias que contribuyan a la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de los elementos de la Polic\u00eda Federal que asistan y concluyan los 3 d\u00edas contemplados en el programa.<\/p>\n<p>La PF a trav\u00e9s de la Divisi\u00f3n de Gendarmer\u00eda ha dado grandes resultados en las \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas, con la presencia de elementos en despliegues permanentes en la RB Mariposa Monarca, RB Alto Golfo de California y Delta del R\u00edo Colorado y RB Calakmul.<\/p>\n<p>Se han logrado aseguramientos en el Corredor Biol\u00f3gico Chichinautzin, Lagunas de Zempoala, Tepozteco, Izta- Popo, Ca\u00f1\u00f3n de Sumidero, mismos operativos y despliegues con los que ha surgido la necesidad de incrementar el estado de fuerza de elementos policiales que se sumen a la gran demanda de frenar delitos cometidos en territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Sin duda alguna al momento de la intervenci\u00f3n de la Gendarmer\u00eda, evidentemente han disminuido los delitos, pues tienen presencia en 17 entidades federativas de la Rep\u00fablica, las cuales cuentan con alg\u00fan tipo de acci\u00f3n o capacitaci\u00f3n policial para dar respuesta inmediata a cualquier eventualidad de esta \u00edndole.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, la Divisi\u00f3n de Gendarmer\u00eda ha encontrado un lazo con el sector ambiental para poder contribuir de forma directa a la seguridad del medio ambiente ante la delincuencia organizada que amenaza el patrimonio natural de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica de elementos de la Polic\u00eda Federal en materia ambiental es un hecho sin precedente en nuestro pa\u00eds, que demuestra la voluntad del Gobierno Federal a trav\u00e9s de sus instituciones para promover pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas transversales.<\/p>\n<p>Estas tienen como premisa, la atenci\u00f3n a los diversos delitos como: tala ilegal, incendios provocados, cambios de uso de suelo, caza y tr\u00e1fico ilegal de especies, asentamientos irregulares, entre otros, que la CONANP tiene identificados y que la misma PF ha reportado a trav\u00e9s de su primer a\u00f1o de colaboraci\u00f3n con el sector ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>En su discurso inicial, el Comisionado Nacional de la CONANP, Alejandro del Mazo Maza, destac\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de esta colaboraci\u00f3n conjunta se lograr\u00e1 disminuir e incluso erradicar los delitos ambientales dentro de las \u00c1reas
