Si decide tomar alcohol es importante hacerlo con moderaci\u00f3n y detenerse y buscar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica si se comienzan a percibir alg\u00fan malestar o s\u00edntoma\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el tema, la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo informa que mantiene un monitoreo constante y puntualiza que la actualizaci\u00f3n emitida por el Gobierno de Estados Unidos no tiene los efectos legales de un Travel Warning.\u00a0 El caso dado a conocer en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n sobre supuestas bebidas adulteradas en un hotel de la regi\u00f3n, no cuenta con demanda alguna, expediente o causa penal sobre el particular.<\/p>\n<p>La regi\u00f3n recibe 11 millones de turistas al a\u00f1o en m\u00e1s de 98 mil cuartos de hotel en donde se mantienen estrictas medidas de calidad en el servicio. Los destinos tur\u00edsticos de Quintana Roo y las empresas que lo conforman cuentan con un alto nivel de fidelidad y, el retorno de los hu\u00e9spedes al destino en el caso de Canc\u00fan y Riviera Maya, es superior al 52%.<\/p>\n<p>A esto se suma que las opiniones de satisfacci\u00f3n que realizan sistem\u00e1ticamente los turistas y visitantes a Quintana Roo en plataformas de redes sociales y sitios especializados de viajes, resulta totalmente positiva en 95% de los casos, lo que avala la solidez, seriedad, apuesta por la calidad y confianza en el
