Airbnb<\/strong> ha llegado a un nuevo acuerdo con el estado de Quintana Roo<\/strong> sobre las Reglas de car\u00e1cter general para regular la colaboraci\u00f3n entre la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n de Quintana Roo y las personas f\u00edsicas o morales que en su car\u00e1cter de intermediario, promotor o facilitador intervengan de cualquier manera en el cobro de las contraprestaciones por el Servicio de Hospedaje.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Con este acuerdo, Quintana Roo se unir\u00eda a una lista de m\u00e1s de 310 jurisdicciones a nivel global \u00a0en donde Airbnb remite impuestos en nombre de los anfitriones y hu\u00e9spedes, y se convertir\u00eda en el segundo en el pa\u00eds, despu\u00e9s de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, con quien la plataforma firm\u00f3 este acuerdo en mayo de 2017. Airbnb dar\u00e1 los pasos necesarios para que la recaudaci\u00f3n del 3% sobre las reservas por alojamiento en la plataforma pueda comenzar a efectuarse a partir del 1 de octubre de 2017 y remitir\u00e1 los fondos a la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n

Mediante este convenio, el estado de Quintana Roo reconoce la importancia del alojamiento compartido en el desarrollo del turismo local y Airbnb refuerza su postura de trabajar de la mano de los gobiernos para encontrar soluciones que impulsen el alojamiento compartido responsable, lo que a su vez nos permite fortalecer a las ciudades y a las comunidades que son, al final del d\u00eda, el hogar de nuestros anfitriones.<\/p>\n

Airbnb fue creada en 2008 como una comunidad para rentar espacios disponibles en hogares. El llegar a acuerdos con gobiernos, permite que los beneficios de la plataforma y del modelo de econom\u00eda colaborativa se expandan \u00a0a un mayor n\u00famero de participantes, que incluye: \u00a0anfitriones, hu\u00e9spedes, la comunidad y los gobiernos.<\/p>\n
