Grupo MIRA, que conduce Javier Barrios S\u00e1nchez, acelera el paso tras haber tomado las riendas de Puerto Canc\u00fan y suelta sus velas para aprovechar los nuevos aires que soplan en el sector inmobiliario. Para el verano anuncia la preventa del \u00e1rea de lotes condominales y familiares en la zona m\u00e1s cercana al Bulevar Kukulc\u00e1n. Por si fuera poco, MIRA dar\u00e1 inicio a la construcci\u00f3n de un centro comercial a partir del primer trimestre de 2014.\u00a0 El nuevo dinamismo en una de las zonas de m\u00e1s alta plusval\u00eda en Canc\u00fan, que estar\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada con una inversi\u00f3n de 400 mdd, incluye tambi\u00e9n la edificaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0 tercera torre de Novo Canc\u00fan, propiedad del grupo Sabadell de Espa\u00f1a, entre los meses de julio y agosto, mientras que la preventa que comenz\u00f3 hace ya unos meses va viento en popa. Se suma a esta bonanza inmobiliaria el desarrollo Las Olas Marinas de Bay View Grand, donde se prev\u00e9 queden concluidas en 2015 las dos torres de condominios y residencias.<\/p>\n
