{"id":28811,"date":"2017-08-30T11:08:54","date_gmt":"2017-08-30T16:08:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=28811"},"modified":"2017-08-30T11:08:54","modified_gmt":"2017-08-30T16:08:54","slug":"reclamaciones-por-movimientos-operativos-de-la-banca-aumentan-22","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=28811","title":{"rendered":"RECLAMACIONES POR MOVIMIENTOS OPERATIVOS DE LA BANCA AUMENTAN 22%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/image001.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28812\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/image001.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/image001.png 799w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/image001-300x151.png 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/image001-768x386.png 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/image001-585x294.png 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Se registran 554 mil 855 reclamaciones por Movimientos Operativos de la Banca, en el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mil 997 mdp es el monto reclamado por los usuarios.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Protecci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros (Condusef) da a conocer las reclamaciones derivadas de un Movimiento Operativo de la Banca (MOB), durante el primer trimestre de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Los Movimientos Operativos que realiza la Banca de manera automatizada y centralizada se entienden como: cargos autom\u00e1ticos o programados (domiciliaciones) por concepto de pagos de bienes, servicios y cr\u00e9ditos; entregas de efectivo en ATMs; cobros de intereses ordinarios y\/o moratorios; cargos de comisiones; cargos de cuotas o impuestos; aplicaci\u00f3n de dep\u00f3sitos, pagos o transferencias, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>De un total de dos millones 60 mil 960 reclamaciones registradas de enero a marzo de 2017, 554 mil 855 (27%) se derivan de Movimientos Operativos de la Banca (MOB) -principalmente imputables al banco-, lo que muestra un aumento de 22% respecto al 2016.<\/p>\n<p>El monto reclamado en el periodo citado fue de mil 997 mdp por dicho concepto, es decir,\u00a0 118 mdp menos respecto al mismo periodo de 2016 (2 mil 115 mdp); de tal forma que el monto reclamado promedio por asunto fue de 3 mil 599 pesos. En tanto, el monto abonado a los usuarios fue de 684 mdp.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales movimientos que derivaron una reclamaci\u00f3n son: pago autom\u00e1tico mal aplicado (domiciliaciones) con el 30%; cobro no reconocido de comisiones (24%); no entrega cantidad solicitada (ATMs) con 20%; cobro no reconocido de intereses ordinarios y\/o moratorios (8%); pagos, dep\u00f3sitos y transferencias no
