Del 5 al 8 de octubre el Estado de Tabasco participar\u00e1 en la quinta edici\u00f3n del Foro Mundial de Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana 2017, en el Centro Nacional de las Artes (CENART), ubicado al sur de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Este evento es considerado como una de las reuniones\u00a0gastron\u00f3micas\u00a0m\u00e1s importantes a nivel global en el que se re\u00fanen cocineras tradicionales, productores alimenticios, chefs reconocidos internacionalmente, profesionales del rubro culinario, estudiantes, docentes y acad\u00e9micos de la cocina mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este encuentro, la entidad tabasque\u00f1a tendr\u00e1 una destacada participaci\u00f3n en donde expondr\u00e1 platillos t\u00edpicos y productos originarios de las diversas regiones del Estado y\u00a0 muestras culinarias. Adem\u00e1s, el cacao tabasque\u00f1o ser\u00e1 uno de los principales productos presentado en el\u00a0Foro\u00a0Mundial de la\u00a0Gastronom\u00eda\u00a0Mexicana y donde contaremos con la participaci\u00f3n del Chef Ram\u00f3n Torres, Delegado del Conservatorio de la Cultura Gastron\u00f3mica Mexicana (CCGM).<\/p>\n<p>Otra de las actividades donde tendr\u00e1n presencia ser\u00e1 en el Carrusel Gastron\u00f3mico, la Sra. Amparo Trujillo de la sub-regi\u00f3n La Chontalpa, colaborando en el Panel: \u00a1Hay Tamales!, que se realizar\u00e1 el viernes 6 de octubre a las 12:30 hrs. en la Plaza de las Artes, en donde dar\u00e1 a conocer m\u00e1s a fondo sobre la \u00fanica y original gastronom\u00eda de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, tambi\u00e9n participar\u00e1n en un concurso de Cocineras Tradicionales, siendo as\u00ed que de parte de la sub-regi\u00f3n de Centro estar\u00e1 la Sra. Elisea Osorio M. con el chirmol de pato y de parte de la sub-regi\u00f3n de Sierra, la Sra. Jaqueline P\u00e9rez J. con el mone de cerdo, ambas en la categor\u00eda de platillo tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>La cocina regional tabasque\u00f1a es variada y extensa, gracias a las antiguas recetas Mayas y Chontales, a la gran cantidad de vegetales, frutas y animales existentes en la entidad, as\u00ed como a las plantas o hierbas (achiote, chaya, muste, perejil, epazote, cilantro, chipil\u00edn, chile amashito, hoja de pl\u00e1tano o de to, entre otras) que le dan un delicioso y singular olor, color y sabor a los guisos t\u00edpicos de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de su vasta\u00a0gastronom\u00eda, Tabasco ofrece un importante vestigio cultural, integrado por piezas prehisp\u00e1nicas de la cultura Olmeca y Maya, as\u00ed mismo, con esplendorosos paisajes,\u00a0 flora y fauna que se han convertido en primordiales atractivos tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villahermosa.
