Holabox. Una nube gastron\u00f3mica envuelve nuevamente a Holbox, del 17 al 19 de Noviembre, se presenta la sexta edici\u00f3n la Muestra Gastron\u00f3mica de Holbox: Comer Amar y Contemplar.<\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n el sabor invitado ser\u00e1 Brasil y como invitado especial la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.\u00a0 La inauguraci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 enmarcada con la celebraci\u00f3n del \u201cRompimiento del plato\u201d presidida por Carlos Manuel Joaqu\u00edn, gobernador de Quintana Roo; Miguel Mancera, jefe de gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico;\u00a0 Rafael Pacchiano Alam\u00e1n, secretario del Medio Ambiente, entre otras personalidades de la cultura, gastronom\u00eda y mundo art\u00edstico.<\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n doce propuestas gastron\u00f3micas de la isla ser\u00e1n presentadas con platillos inspirados en el Caribe mexicano con una fusi\u00f3n de Brasil, la cual mezcla culinarias europeas, ind\u00edgenas y africanas. Algunas de las opciones gastron\u00f3micas ser\u00e1n El Sabor de Las Nubes, La Esencia de Casa Sandra, Viva Zapata, Majache, Parador 33, Villa Mar, Buena Vista, Am-Bar, Edelyn, Maja\u00b4che y Las Panchas.<\/p>\n

El Sabor de las Nubes buscara sorprender a sus comensales con sus recetas tradicionales, reinterpretadas con un toque fresco del caribe mexicano, donde los ingredientes \u00fanicos de la regi\u00f3n como la chaya, los adobos, el pibil y las delicias del mar se unen en los manjares \u00fanicos de una isla como Holbox.<\/p>\n

El espect\u00e1culo ser\u00e1 encabezado por Francisca Viveros Barradas, m\u00e1s conocida como\u00a0Paquita la del Barrio, quien brindar\u00e1 <\/em>ese ambiente relajado y de fiesta que distingue a Holbox.<\/p>\n

El costo de recuperaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de 500 pesos, el 100% de las ganancias recaudadas ser\u00e1 donada a la Cruz Roja Mexicana, para apoyar a los damnificados de los sismos del 7 y 19 de septiembre en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Morelos, Puebla y Oaxaca.<\/p>\n

Dentro de las actividades que engloba la muestra en esta ocasi\u00f3n se tendr\u00e1 un torneo de pesca patrocinado por la asociaci\u00f3n de restauranteros.<\/p>\n
