{"id":29523,"date":"2017-10-12T16:42:16","date_gmt":"2017-10-12T21:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=29523"},"modified":"2017-10-12T16:42:16","modified_gmt":"2017-10-12T21:42:16","slug":"invierte-asur-en-colombia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=29523","title":{"rendered":"Invierte Asur en Colombia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Asur-cancun-A380-Air-France.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/09asur.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29524\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/09asur.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"449\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/09asur.jpg 600w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/09asur-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/09asur-585x438.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La Sociedad Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (Asur) del que forma parte el Aeropuerto Internacional de Canc\u00fan, llega a la administraci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de los aeropuertos de Santa Marta, Valledupar, Monter\u00eda, Riohacha y Corozal.<\/p>\n<p>El director de la ANI, Dimitri Zaninovich inform\u00f3 que el Gobierno autoriz\u00f3 la solicitud de los concesionarios aeroportuarios Airplan S.A y Aeropuertos de Oriente S.A.S del cambio de sus accionistas, presentada en mayo pasado, luego del inter\u00e9s demostrado por Asur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa ANI autoriz\u00f3 este negocio entre privados, luego de revisar los puntos de vista financiero, riesgos, jur\u00eddico y contractual. Esta transacci\u00f3n demuestra la confianza inversionista en los proyectos de infraestructura que adelante el Gobierno Nacional. La llegada de m\u00e1s capital extranjero y la experiencia de una firma como Asur, se convierte en una gran fortaleza para el sector aeroportuario del pa\u00eds\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 el alto funcionario.<\/p>\n<p>Aeropuertos de Oriente S.A.S tiene a su cargo administrar, operar, explotar comercialmente, mantener y modernizar las \u00e1reas concesionadas de los aeropuertos Camilo Daza de C\u00facuta, Palonegro de Bucaramanga, Yariguies de Barrancabermeja, Alfonso L\u00f3pez de Valledupar, Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar de Santa Marta y Almirante Padilla de Riohacha.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente en C\u00facuta, Bucaramanga y Santa Marta se ejecutan obras de construcci\u00f3n, modernizaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de las terminales de pasajeros.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Airplan S.A. cumple el mismo objeto contractual, pero en las \u00e1reas concesionadas de los aeropuertos Olaya Herrera de Medell\u00edn, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda C\u00f3rdova de Rionegro, El Cara\u00f1o de Quibd\u00f3, Los Garzones de Monter\u00eda, Antonio Rold\u00e1n Betancourt de Carepa y Las Brujas de Corozal.<\/p>\n<p>A la fecha, se realizan obras de ampliaci\u00f3n en los aeropuertos de Rionegro y Monter\u00eda, y se construye un centro de servicios adyacente al aeropuerto de Quibd\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPara llevar a cabo esta transacci\u00f3n, los concesionarios entregaron a la ANI una solicitud formal, donde adem\u00e1s de evidenciar su inter\u00e9s de vender, presentaron el futuro comprador, soportando su amplia experiencia en el manejo de este tipo de concesiones, as\u00ed como su respaldo econ\u00f3mico para adelantar las obras de infraestructura pendientes de ejecutar\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Zaninovich.<\/p>\n<p>Asur es el primer grupo aeroportuario privatizado en M\u00e9xico, operador del aeropuerto de Canc\u00fan, M\u00e9rida, Cozumel, Villahermosa, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Huatulco, Tapachula y Minatitl\u00e1n en el sureste de M\u00e9xico. Es accionista de 60% de Aerostar Airport Holdings LLC operador del Aeropuerto Internacional Luis Mu\u00f1oz Marin de Puerto Rico. La compa\u00f1\u00eda cotiza en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) bajo el s\u00edmbolo de ASUR y en Nueva York (NYSE), bajo el s\u00edmbolo de ASR.<\/p>\n<p>*Con informaci\u00f3n de El Heraldo de
