Los t\u00e9rminos de la transacci\u00f3n no fueron revelados.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrara es mejor conocido como el fabricante de marcas ic\u00f3nicas como Trolli, un l\u00edder en\u00a0caramelos gomita; Brachs, un dulce de temporada l\u00edder, particularmente en Halloween; y Black Forest Organics, l\u00edder en caramelos org\u00e1nicos y afrutados. Ferrero es la tercera compa\u00f1\u00eda m\u00e1s grande en el mercado global de confiter\u00eda de chocolate y m\u00e1s conocida en Estados Unidos por pastillas para el aliento como\u00a0Tic Tac\u00ae, bombones Ferrero Rocher\u00ae, Nutella\u00ae y las marcas de chocolate Fannie May y Harry London. Ferrero introdujo recientemente Tic Tac y Kinder\u00ae Joy en el mercado de Estados Unidos, y ambos productos estar\u00edan disponibles en las tiendas en enero de 2018.
