{"id":29793,"date":"2017-11-07T16:20:38","date_gmt":"2017-11-07T21:20:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=29793"},"modified":"2017-11-07T11:46:38","modified_gmt":"2017-11-07T16:46:38","slug":"2018-ano-que-ocupa-y-no-preocupa-a-las-sofomes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=29793","title":{"rendered":"2018, a\u00f1o que ocupa y no preocupa a las Sofomes."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Alfonso-Vega-Director-Comercial-de-Serfimex-Capital.gif\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-29794\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Alfonso-Vega-Director-Comercial-de-Serfimex-Capital.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El 2017 llega casi a su fin dej\u00e1ndonos un 2.1% de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y una previsi\u00f3n de inflaci\u00f3n del 6.30%, por lo que las Sofomes se alistan para un 2018 el cual implicar\u00e1 diversos retos, como las negociaciones del tratado de libre comercio que se espera que contin\u00faen al menos hasta el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s del proceso electoral que vivir\u00e1 el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alfonso Vega<\/strong>, <strong>Director Comercial de Serfimex Capital,<\/strong> coment\u00f3 que estar\u00e1n atentos al ambiente electoral y la probable salida del tratado de libre comercio, con la firme convicci\u00f3n de que se llegar\u00e1 a los t\u00e9rminos m\u00e1s convenientes para los pa\u00edses involucrados.<\/p>\n<p>A octubre 2017 la\u00a0tasa de inter\u00e9s interbancaria de equilibrio\u00a0(TIIE)\u00a0del\u00a0Banco de M\u00e9xico, es de 7.38%.\u00a0Es por estas razones que empresas como Serfimex Capital toman medidas precautorias para evitar incertidumbres, con la contrataci\u00f3n de coberturas de tasa que les permitir\u00e1 tener plena seguridad de que el costo de sus fondeos no se vea impactado. Estas coberturas se realizaron con CIBanco y ayudaran a la Sofom a mantener su competitividad d\u00farate un a\u00f1o electoral.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>Serfimex Capital<\/strong>, el 2017 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o lleno de \u00e9xitos al superar los objetivos de colocaci\u00f3n de 1,000 millones de pesos, superando los 780 millones del 2016 y esperando lograr un 20% de incremento en colocaci\u00f3n para el pr\u00f3ximo 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a estas acciones se logro lanzar con \u00e9xito el producto de Cr\u00e9dito Puente que ayudara a financiar a desarrolladores de vivienda sobre todo en la zona centro del pa\u00eds, adem\u00e1s de lograr la consolidaci\u00f3n de operaciones en el sector turismo para el 2018, en especial a la pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n, lo que a generado la necesidad de incrementar nuevas l\u00edneas de fondeo,\u00a0 esto se a asegurado al confirmar una nueva l\u00ednea con Banco Mifel y la ampliaci\u00f3n de las l\u00edneas existente con los bancos Famsa, Ve por M\u00e1s y Banco Autofin.<\/p>\n<p>Un gran indicador que demuestra las pol\u00edticas de originaci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n de fondos nos ha llevado a mantener un estricto control sobre la cartera vencida la cual no es mayor de a un 3%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Director Comercial de Serfimex Capital, asever\u00f3 que esperan para 2018 seguir con un crecimiento org\u00e1nico, de consolidar los productos de la Sofom y que permanecer\u00e1n atentos a las elecciones, as\u00ed como los acuerdos que se logren en el tratado de libre
