Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/strong> American Airlines<\/strong> cumple cinco a\u00f1os brindando servicio ininterrumpido entre el Aeropuerto Internacional Hermanos Serd\u00e1n en la ciudad de Puebla (PBC)<\/strong> y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Dallas\/Fort Worth (DFW)<\/strong>, con un vuelo diario operado por su socio regional American Eagle<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de Envoy Air.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El 15 de noviembre de 2012, dio inicio el servicio entre ambas ciudades utilizando un jet Embraer ERJ-135<\/strong>, con capacidad para 37 pasajeros. En la actualidad, y como parte de las mejoras que American ha realizado para poder ofrecer un mejor servicio y\u00a0experiencia de viaje a sus pasajeros, la ruta utiliza un Embraer 140 con 44 plazas.<\/p>\n

Recientemente la estaci\u00f3n de American Airlines en Puebla recibi\u00f3 el reconocimiento \u201cCustomer Cup\u201d por el mejor desempe\u00f1o en salidas a tiempo, manejo de equipajes y por su excelente servicio de atenci\u00f3n a pasajeros, gracias al extraordinario trabajo que realiza el equipo de esta regi\u00f3n, que actualmente est\u00e1 conformado por 20 empleados.<\/p>\n

El estado de Puebla, se encuentra localizado en el centro del pa\u00eds y ofrece una alternativa de conexi\u00f3n para la regi\u00f3n, incluyendo a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Tlaxcala.\u00a0 Puebla, adem\u00e1s de su atractivo tur\u00edstico, su valor hist\u00f3rico y cultural, es una zona industrial manufacturera de gran relevancia para los sectores automotriz, alimenticio y textil, principalmente.<\/p>\n

American Airlines es la aerol\u00ednea vuela a m\u00e1s destinos en M\u00e9xico que a cualquier otro pa\u00eds fuera de Estados Unidos.
