El d\u00eda de hoy, la licenciada<strong> Claudia Sosa<\/strong>, directora comercial de<strong> Grupo Dolphin Discovery<\/strong>, acompa\u00f1ada por el doctor<strong> Roberto S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, director de Medicina Veterinaria y la licenciada <strong>Guadalupe Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, subdirectora de Valor Humano, dieron a conocer los resultados de las acciones realizadas durante el a\u00f1o, en materia de responsabilidad social.<\/p>\n<p>Guadalupe Jim\u00e9nez enumer\u00f3 los programas que se han llevado a cabo en la empresa, sustentados en los valores y filosof\u00eda del grupo en los \u00e1mbitos de calidad de vida en la empresa, el cuidado y preservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente, la vinculaci\u00f3n y compromiso con la comunidad y su desarrollo y \u00e9tica empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 como Mejores Pr\u00e1cticas en Responsabilidad Social, los programas \u201c10 Mil Sonrisas\u201d, \u201cYo soy talento Dolphin Discovery\u201d, \u201cRescue Team\u201d \u201cYo soy pasi\u00f3n Dolphin Discovery\u201d,\u00a0 \u201cSalud al 100\u201d, con lo que Grupo Dolphin Discovery ha recibido el distintivo de Empresa Socialmente Responsable por 12vo. a\u00f1o consecutivo y el reconocimiento de Empresa Promotora de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Otros de los reconocimiento obtenidos durante el a\u00f1o, fueron otorgados por la IMATA (International Marine Animal Trainer\u2019s Association por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), \u201cS\u00faper Empresas\u201d otorgado por la Revista Expansi\u00f3n, \u201cModelo de equidad de g\u00e9nero\u201d y \u201cTop Reward Companies\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa ha sido posicionada por la revista Expansi\u00f3n con el 9\u00b0 rango dentro de las\u00a0 \u201cTop 10 de Am\u00e9rica\u201d gracias a su cultura organizacional conformada por el conjunto de creencias y valores compartidos dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.\u00a0 De igual forma, inform\u00f3 que el sitio de viajes m\u00e1s grande del mundo Tripadvisor, ha rankeado a Dolphin Discovery, como una de las mejores empresas gracias a las excelentes opiniones recibidas por sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de las acciones de Responsabilidad Social, la Lic. Claudia Sosa habl\u00f3 acerca de la campa\u00f1a para mascotas Amar es Cuidar y present\u00f3 los resultados obtenidos desde el inicio de la campa\u00f1a en el mes de julio, hasta el d\u00eda de hoy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHemos donado m\u00e1s de 4,000 placas de identificaci\u00f3n para mascotas. Esto significa que m\u00e1s de 4,000 perros y gatos tienen m\u00e1s oportunidades de volver a casa en caso de que se extrav\u00eden\u201d, coment\u00f3 Claudia Sosa, Directora Comercial de Dolphin Discovery.<\/p>\n<p>Esta campa\u00f1a ha tomado lugar en agencias como Lomas Travel, Olympus Tours, TUI, Go Mexico, Best Day y universidades como Tec Milenio, UNID y la Universidad del Caribe, entre otros. Adem\u00e1s de que cuentan con un stand permanente en Dolphin Center.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los donativos recibidos los han utilizado para patrocinar 120 esterilizaciones y han ayudado a rescatistas de mascotas como La Casita de Penny, Marcela Magallanes, Animalistas Canc\u00fan y ADPA.<\/p>\n<p>Para las fechas decembrinas, presentaron una campa\u00f1a navide\u00f1a que consiste en concienciar a las personas para que piensen antes de regalar un perro o gato, ya que son seres vivos y requieren cuidados que muchas veces las personas que los compran no les pueden proporcionar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Canc\u00fan.
