{"id":30057,"date":"2017-12-08T12:37:28","date_gmt":"2017-12-08T17:37:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=30057"},"modified":"2017-12-08T18:51:32","modified_gmt":"2017-12-08T23:51:32","slug":"ejercera-fonatur-presupuesto-de-180-mdp-en-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=30057","title":{"rendered":"Ejercer\u00e1 Fonatur presupuesto de 180 mdp en 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>httpv:\/\/youtu.be\/Y_5hEAgKSs8<\/p>\n<p>Un presupuesto de 180 mdp, similar al del a\u00f1o pasado, ejercer\u00e1 el <strong>Fondo Nacional de Turismo (Fonatur)<\/strong> en Canc\u00fan para 2018, el cual ser\u00e1 etiquetado antes de que concluya el a\u00f1o, indic\u00f3 el delegado de esa dependencia, <strong>Juan Emmanuel Gonz\u00e1le<\/strong>z, quien calcul\u00f3 que 70% de ese recurso se destinar\u00e1 a obras de mantenimiento mayor en el<strong> bulevar Kukulc\u00e1n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto a las obras que se realizan en el <strong>kil\u00f3metro cero<\/strong> de la<strong> zona hoteler<\/strong>a, inform\u00f3 que estas constan en la ampliaci\u00f3n de 72 espacios en el estacionamiento, para lo cual retiraron una pista de patinaje, as\u00ed como instalaci\u00f3n de bebedores de agua, espacio para hacer ejercicio, ba\u00f1os para personas discapacitadas y en general una mejora de la imagen urbana. El monto de inversi\u00f3n para estos trabajos fue de 30 mdp y ser\u00e1n concluidos el 31 de diciembre.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-30058\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/fonatur-cancun.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sobre si Fonatur devolver\u00e1 su dinero a los inversionistas que adquirieron predios en <strong>Tajamar<\/strong>, el delegado dijo que el primer paso es asegurarse de la decisi\u00f3n que tome la <strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>, para posteriormente analizarla y seguir los pasos correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo coment\u00f3 que Fonatur a\u00fan cuenta con reserva territorial en Canc\u00fan, la cual saldr\u00e1 a la venta tras los procedimientos establecidos; agreg\u00f3 que recientemente se subastaron predios en la zona conocida como Vistahermosa, que en total suman 5 mil metros cuadros que se destinar\u00e1n principalmente a desarrollo
